2000 +/- square feet- You'll enjoy the Cabin's open floor plans on each level-so plenty of room for all to enjoy! Pools Open for season on May 9th and Close Sept 6th.

**Gorgeous, pristine luxury cabin with amazing views of Smoky Mountain National Park and Mount LeConte. Gorgeous mountain views may be enjoyed from any deck or floor but if your preference is to soak in the large hot tub you can do so while looking out over the Smoky Mountains. From the deck(s) you can also see Bent Creek golf course as well as the creek that runs through the course.

**Sleeping accommodations include 3 king rooms, 1 full size bunkbed and 2 queen sleeper sofas, for additional sleeping. 3 King Suites with two located on the main level and one upstairs. The lower level features the Gameroom /bedroom with Full bunkbeds and queen sleeper.

**The Game Room- you'll find a spacious game room and TWO retro 80s-style arcade game with 60 games including several Pacman varieties, Galaga, Frogger, and many more. If your thing is movies you can watch them on the 75" SMART TV or watch all ball games with our premium TV channels. If you have a subscription to a streaming movie program (like Netflix) – the SMART TV gives you the ability to log in to your account. Relax on our sectional recliner or the queen sofa sleeper.

Heavenly View offers high speed cable internet with wireless access that supports your devices on 5Ghz& 2.5Ghz speeds.

**The Kitchen- If cooking is your thing then you'll be pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. We have service for 12 and flatware for 20 so you won’t be spending your time washing dishes. We have pots and pans, a 4slot toaster, a hand mixer and baking dishes. We also have a Mr. Coffee machine that makes a pot of coffee. Also off the kitchen is a closed in patio with additional seating and TV. Relax out there with your morning coffee.

**The Living Room- Offers ample seating: a queen size sofa sleeper, dining table and a reclining chair to gather around to watch a show on the 65" SMART TV. The Fireplace is for looks only no wood burning is allowed due to past fires in Gatlinburg.

**The Upstairs- Offers a HUGE Master Suite with chairs to read a book or relax and watch TV !! Perfect place to hide and getaway !



Off the main deck is THE MILLON DOLLAR VIEW you walk right thru the kitchen and patio and on to the deck. Sit by the Gas fire table and enjoy the AMAZING VIEW !!! Gas can be purchased at the grocery store . The deck does wrap around for more seating. We provide a charcoal grill so you can grill out a night or two and enjoy the mountains staying in one evening. Don't forget to go down the steps and to the bottom deck area and soak away in the hot tub after your fun filled days in Gatlinburg !!

2. The Privacy- the luxurious home is located on a private 1 acre lot so you won’t hear noise from the city. Heavenly Views is located in the prestigious golf community of Cobbly Knob and not in the commercial area. We are on 2 private acres .
3. Location- enjoy proximity to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood without all the traffic. We are located on the east side of Gatlinburg! Away from all the heavy traffic ! Why go to the mountains to be stuck in the car!
4. The Home itself-not your typical cabin. This home is custom built for luxury & sophistication. The Primary bedroom upstairs is spacious (475 sq ft) and has a sitting area & large private bath. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom and 4th bedroom/gameroom is downstairs with a half bath for privacy. Gameroom/ Bedroom downstairs is on the lower level & is detached from the main house with its own private entrance .

5. Outdoor seasonal pools are located close to the property . On property is a new hot tub for up to 7 people ! For guests only. Features: The facilities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a basketball court, which are available to renters and homeowners.
Hours: Courts are generally open from 9:00 AM to dusk, weather permitting.

As with most VRBO rentals, we do not provide shower or laundry supplies. We provide a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom to get you started and a paper towel roll. There is a gas grill on the back deck and gas fireplace out doors . We do not provide gas for the grill or fireplace . Gas can be purchased at the grocery store. We ask that guests please maintain the grill and fireplace . Keep the grill clean after cooking on it please . Dispose of hot coals in the metal bucket provided . Alway purchase separate travel insurance incase you can't make your trip. That way insurance will reimburse you for circumstances out of yours and our control . Al of our units are pre-treated by a pest control company to insure you experience as little activity as possible
of our SMOKY MOUNTAIN CRITTERS during your stay. If you find any dead bugs you don't need to call, this
means that our pest control company is doing their job. Just sweep them up and dispose of them. If you find a
few live ones don't be alarmed, this is quite common while staying in the mountains and woods especially if a
door or window is left open for any length of time. Light at night really attracts all kinds of critters to your unit.
They like a nice place to stay also. There are NO Refunds for insects or arthropods etc. If an insect or arthropod becomes an issue, we can have an exterminator drop by to take care of that issue while you're there or gone to
town. As you can see in our reviews it’s never an issue.
