Sisters - 1 Block to the Beach!

Come enjoy this charming, pet-friendly, two-bedroom home, Sisters. Kick your shoes off and forget about everything else but unwinding. Your time here can be spent relaxing at the beach, reading, or just lounging in the yard with your favorite four legged companion and soaking up some sun.

Inside, you'll find a gas fireplace in a comfortable living room with lots of spots for curling up with a good book or enjoying a glass of wine in front of the fire. There's also a flat screen TV for viewing your favorite movies or the game you just can't miss. This is a great place to disconnect from the world but don't worry - there's WiFi throughout the house, so you can still stay as connected as you want to be!

The white and bright kitchen has a sweet little breakfast nook for morning coffee and three bar stools for extra seating. All of the major appliances like a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove-top/oven are there along with a collection of countertop appliances, like a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and coffee grinder. You can easily fix breakfast, lunch, or dinner in this well-stocked space, all while keeping an eye on your four footed friend playing in the fenced side yard.

There are two bedrooms to chose from, both with queen beds but one of them has an attached half bath with a toilet and sink. Both bedrooms are light and bright so it might be hard to decide which one you want! Since you're on vacation you can sleep in as long as you want and then wander into the kitchen for some freshly brewed coffee.

There's one full bathroom at Sisters with a shower and it's next to the stacking washer and dryer which makes cleaning up after being on the beach a breeze.

Outside, you'll have a wonderful grassy lawn and this fenced space is great for kids and dogs to play. There are outdoor chairs at Sisters that you can use on the grass or in the patio/car port - where ever you'd like. With the beach a short block away, downtown Cannon Beach only a few blocks north and midtown a few blocks south, Sisters is perfectly located for whatever you'd like to do.

You are welcome to bring your dog buddy with you! Please know there's a $60 plus tax fee per dog per stay.

The house was pleasant overall the location is beautiful with a large front yard with pets which we did not bring with us but worth noting. but could use some minor updates. A few things are damaged or old and in need of some updates. Linens are ripped like the table cover the carpet is frayed and burned in spots the kitchen laminate on the counter has burn marks and pieces missing. Not really a "rustic" romantic setting but just aging things. Location is amazing walking distance to the beach, all shops, and restaurants. The one downside of the location is it is located a long the main street through town lots of people walking by and you can catch some stairs. The windows were pretty dirty and in needing some cleaning as well. Nice fire place for keeping yourself warm.

Great fenced yard for our dog. Close to both beach and town. I would call this house very rustic. It was perfect for our few nights, but my back could not take beds anymore than that. Bathrooms are dark and claustrophobic, for me, so I chose not to shower the whole time. Husband had no issues with it.

Close to Beach

Lovely, but dated, little cottage on the main street of Cannon Beach. Youā€™ll hear passersbyā€™s as they take the short stroll to the main shops. The ocean is a short walk out the door. The place was clean with lots of towels and nice water pressure in the shower. There were comfy linens on the bed, but the mattresses themselves were not that comfortable.

Perfect location and a cozy old cottage!

This stay at sisters was exactly what we were looking for to accommodate our family and dogs. The location is perfect for walking to either side of town and you can access the beach just at the end of the road. So nice! We loved having a fenced yard for the dogs. The house is old but charming and cozy. They stocked it well. We had everything we needed for a five day stay. The bag of sleepy monk coffee was a nice surprise. The only feedback was the mattresses arenā€™t very soft. Overall definitely recommend!

we stayed at the Fernwood House due to heating issues with the Sisters house. it was a nice stay. The only problem was leaking drain pipes under the kitchen sink and we had to wash dishes by hand. We had to use an excessive amount of towels.

I used to live in Cannon Beach, and always saw this sister's cottage about four times a day passing back and forth to work in a store. Never knew about the inside and what a surprise! I loved the open kitchen dining nook and the living room area very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach Cottage

The location is great with only 1 block to beach. Itā€™s a short walk to town, and if you walk the opposite direction you will find more dining options. The fenced yard is large, and our goldendoodle had lots of room to play fetch. A nice touch was the basket of dog supplies. The the main living/kitchen area was cozy and well supplied. The main bedroom w/bathroom very cramped. I would recommend clearing out closet thatā€™s being used for storage. We did enjoy our stay mainly due to location.

Perfect location. Needs better tv instructions double click ok for HDMI. Leaf on table was not locked in well and sagged.. need night lights in both bathrooms. Cannot get around bed well. We had a great time! Thank you!

Lovely Beach Stay

We had a lovely stay at Sisters! It was the perfect size for our family and the ages of the kiddos (8 and 10) who can still share a room. Cleanliness was great and the check in is so easy! I really appreciate that we received a door code a few days before our stay, it was less stressful for me than receiving it only hours before like Iā€™ve had with other places weā€™ve stayed. We also really loved how close it was to the beach, AND to town. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Snug vintage cabin on the main street of Cannon Beach

This is a cozy cabin, close to everything, with comfortable beds and nice linens. also: cute garden. There is no view but if you walk one block West, you can see the Haystack and the beach. Very enjoyable weekend

We had the best time relaxing at this super clean/ cozy home. The view was breathtaking and looking through the telescope at the birds on full rock was a family favorite. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Wonderful Location!

The location is fantastic, both for ocean views and walking to shops and restaurants. We stayed for a few days and never once had to drive to where we wanted to go. The beach is just steps out the back slider. The view of the ocean from the living room is gorgeous. We could hear the waves and one evening got to watch the elk walking down the beach, and another evening watched multiole storms come in and out, including lightening and a breathtaking sunset. We really appreciated the nice backyard that is fenced on either side, as we traveled with pets. It was easy to let them in and out with no worries of having them wander into the neighbor's yard. There's also a very nice deck overlooking the backyard and beach. Neighbors on both sides were quiet and pleasant. The clawfoot bathtub upstairs is wonderful! So comfortable and right in front of the window. You can open it and hear the waves crashing while you relax with a good book. The house did have a musty smell, maybe from being closed up all winter and the bathrooms and bedrooms are a little awkward because of the A frame. The ship's ladder that goes upstairs to two of the bedrooms and another bathroom is very steep. Small children or elderly and most pets may have issues using it. The house needs updating, but was very clean and comfortable and the views and access straight to the beach really make it a great place to stay.

Quiet Get Away on Busy Road

The house and yard were great. Elk like the yard so beware of your puppy exploring. The kitchen was adequate for cooking meals. The kitchen tap needs repair as it sprays water from back of tap across the counter. Good TV, Wifi and Netflix. Would be great if a few more condiments were in the kitchen. Overall good stay.
