This recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation refuge is the private main level of a home with spectacular views of Ecola Creek and the ocean! Two beautifully furnished king suites, one with Jacuzzi tub, the other with direct ocean view. Additional room with queen sleeping. Complete kitchen with bar and table seating, open to living area with fireplace. Enjoy nature from the large private deck with comfy seating and additional outdoor dining, and again, that stunning ocean view! Private entrance, and parking for 2 cars on site. Additional niceties include beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Free cruiser beach bikes available by arrangement. Contact the owner for any special requests.
Currently accepting 2026 reservations!

Pets are welcome, one only please, under 35#s; fee is $20/day. ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE OWNER SO PLEASE ADD PETS TO YOUR RESERVATION, GUESTS MAY NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED.

Note to guests: There are 4 security cameras around the exterior of the home: 2 in the backyard, one at the upper porch entry on the North side, and one over the driveway. These are to alert the owner of any intruding elk, coyotes, or couger. There are no cameras anywhere within or around the rental space.

The property is exactly as described, and Lois, the owner, is extremely helpful. The kitchen was well equipped, the beach within a few minutes walk, sunset just up the hill. Magical!Everyone who stayed with us agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable. My husband who has a bad back, was concerned about them being too soft, but they were medium firm and super comfy. Very nice deck, beautifully landscaped yardDefinitely a nice location to enjoy Cannon Beach

The BEST Girls Trip EVER!! Thank you Lois for making us feel very welcomed to Cannon Beach and your home! Everything was comfortable and within walking distance. Lois was very helpful in providing us with a ton of insight on where to go eat and what to go see. Her home was very comfortable and was away from the busy tourist center but still close enough to see, hear and feel the ocean. What we enjoyed the most was the miles of open beach and our nightly bon fires!!!

The pictures don’t do justice to how lovely this place is. 3 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms are wonderful and the close proximity to the beach and the town make it so nice. The kitchen provided all essential items but with the close proximity to town we often walked to a local restaurant for dinner. We will likely stay here again.

This was the perfect location between the estuary and the town’s shops and restaurants, next door to Ecola Park. Lois thought of everything—bikes, loads of breakfast items, wine, chocolates, woozoo fans, Kleenex in all the rooms, a huge amount of fluffy towels…. Beds were all very comfy and the place was sparkling clean with a gorgeous garden all around the house We enjoyed the lovely deck with a view of the beach across the road. And Lois was super helpful, always a quick text away if she wasn’t upstairs in her own unit Of all the places we saw on our walks, we’d still pick this one every time! Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Perfect location for Cannon Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal for walking in to town, down to the beach, and right on the road to several day trip spots. Lois (the owner) is on site and very helpful helpful for recommendations and anything you may need for your stay.

A Super Stay In Cannon Beach

Looking for a place, as advertised, clean, everything one needs, close to Cannon Beach but yet just the right distance away from all the activity of Cannon Beach. Then you have found the right place. This is a beautiful home and lovely peaceful property. The owner, Lois, is there to assist you, if needed. She was awesome and caring to us. We look forward to another stay, in the future.

This is our favorite place to stay in Cannon. Close to town and the beach, yet quiet and private. The hostess will make your stay even more enjoyable with beach gear and bicycles at the ready.

Flowers, Elk, Beach & Sunshine

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Lois' place. She was a wonderful hostess and really went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This was perfect for a family. There is a wagon and beach chairs along with a couple of cruiser bikes to borrow. The grounds are beautiful with well maintained flowers everywhere and a spectacular view from the primary bed and deck of the estuary and ocean. We saw a herd of elk everyday as they visited the flowers and nearby beach. I highly recommend this gem!

Absolute gem!

We had a wonderful time here! The house is excellent: it's in a great location, super clean, well equipped (tons of towels and blankets). The beds are very comfortable (the pillows were so good we checked the tags so we can buy some ourselves later). Lois was just great. She was easy to chat with, always responded quickly, answered all of our questions and had great information about the area. She's just a nice, genuine, generous person. Highly recommended!

Great Stay!

This is a very nice property with everything you could possibly need. The linens are of excellent quality and there are plenty of spreads to cuddle up in and stave off the Oregon coast chill. It’s a quick walk to the beach and the location is such that we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. There’s a nice view of Ecola Creek and the ocean. Lois is a great host and is more than accommodating.

Three weeks in Cannon Beach

Three weeks with an ocean view was wonderful. The trek into town was just the perfect distance for a short walk and we did it often. Twice we had guests and the unit accommodated very well.

Walking distance to town and beach

Although it wasn’t quite what we expected, Lois did her best to accommodate our family. She really aimed to please, but some things were outside her control (mainly loud construction next door). The rental was well stocked in every way. We appreciated using the beach cruisers. A little more drawer/closet space in a couple bedrooms would have been nice, though. The view wasn’t as pictured due to a new house built in front, but there is a small peekaboo view through one bedroom window and a family room window. Kitchen was a bit small for us and the noise above was a bit disappointing. The laundry is shared, so you must be strategic in timing of laundry loads. But the beds were very comfortable and the place was nicely decorated with high-quality furnishings. We likely won’t return just because we prefer places closer to the beach with an ocean view.

Pleasant home

The property is as shown. It was very clean and made a good impression. It was well stocked for most usage. There was no soap in any bathroom and the liquid hand soap had been so watered down that it was completely not useful for cleaning one’s hands. There was no product to clean tub and shower between usages and no way to clean kitchen sink. Also, a bowl brush for the toilet would have been useful. There is loads stored in the closets and no room for any hanging clothes in any of the closets. A major concern is the lack of lighting on the outside stairway when returning from dinner at night, very dangerous. The property is near the estuary of a creek and the sea so the distance to the ocean is quite far and difficult in the sand. The owner was away on our arrival but the cleaner was there. She was apologetic for not having completed the work; she did orient us and answered our questions. Later, a young man visited, introduced himself as a nephew and gave us a contact number for problems. We did have a question and called, left a message and never heard from him. The owner returned on the third day and knocked to introduce herself.

An Absolute Pleasure!

Lois and her home are both gems! The property and accommodations are wonderful. This home is clean, warm, inviting, and fully stocked to meet your every need. Everything is immaculate! Quality linens and towels, high-end toiletries and kitchen appliances. Our visit lasted ten days and was only short on one front... we wish we had the remaining 355 days in the year to stay!!! Thank you for sharing this home, the lovely ocean views, daily elk sightings, flocks of pelicans, and so on, and so on. Truly appreciate the hospitality and experience. Exceeded all expectations!

So in 2018, when I retired, I began to search for the perfect home that would allow me to share it with others, and I found it! The location is superb, the views are stunning, and the home offers everything I want or need in my retirement, including a sewing room! So now I walk on the beach with Charlie, my Cavalier, and greet folks from all over the country, and the world! What a hard-knock life I live now!!

From sumptuous linens to meaningful placement of art and decor, I've created a space for my family, children and grandchildren, that I also share with guests! It's your sanctuary at the beach, and I hope you visit often.

Like they say, it's location, location, location! Just a short walk through the park and along the river to the ocean, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs, and all of Cannon Beach's great shopping! Or divert to the stables and take a beach ride on horseback! So close to so many things, yet so private and peaceful back home.
