The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a table with treetop vistas, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has another king-size bed, making the cabin excellent for multiple couples or families with kids. Each bedroom has a TV with cable, and you'll have Wi-Fi, a walk-in shower with Appalachian motifs, loads of DVDs for movie nights, a full kitchen with granite counters, and central AC to stay comfortable year-round.

• This is a non-smoking cabin. Pets are not allowed. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.

• The driveway is paved, with some parking available beneath a standalone carport.

• There is an easy-to-use ramp to reach the yard, where you can continue walking to the pier, firepit, and waterfront sitting areas.

• If you bring your own tubes or water gear, you must stay on the water in front of the property as there are no pull-offs to leave the water downstream.

• If you go fishing, please note that this is a catch-and-release creek only.
