Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We have stayed in Trailhead Losge during past visits, but will continue to rent this condo if available. It has been updated and is quite spacious. It is a quick walk to hot tubs and pool and is a more affordable option in the area.

The room was very clean and well maintained.. we could not figure out the tvs in the bedroom and was bummed about the view from the balcony. It was just the white tent too the rec center was all you could see

Steamboat getaway

The unit was clean and ready upon our check in time. The unit was spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us. The staff was quick to respond to o questions and needs. Plenty of towels provided. The pool and hot tubs at the nearby property was a huge plus and our grandkids would have played there for our entire stay if we let them. Thank you for a fabulous getaway.

Great location!

This condo was amazing! The location was great - just a few minute walk to the gondola right to the resort! Pictures are accurate. Very large and open. Only con for me was the long security code to get in the front door (10 digits). Don't leave your phone behind because you'll need the welcome letter to get in!

Great condo

Spacious well set up condo. Everything you need to make your vacation feel like home. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. A short walk to the whitehorse gondola that takes you directly to the steam boat village and gondola. Free shuttle was variable to take you anywhere in the steamboat area. Could not be more pleased.

Great location, needs attention to small details

This is an ok place for the value. Great location & community hot tubs. Bring your own toiletries as the quality of those provided are very poor. Bedding for the pullout sofa wasnā€™t in our unit & we had to walk to the mail lodge to request some even though our reservation indicated we would be sleeping 6. Had many troubles accessing trash shed per provided directions.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I went with our 1 year old in Sept 2023 and loved it. The pool (heated year round) and hot tubs are a short walk away. The place was spacious and clean. There is a gondola that takes you right into the steamboat ski in ski out area, but since we were there in the off season, it wasn't running. It was a short drive (3 mins) to get to the main Ski town where we took the gondola up and hiked down the mountain. The downtown area is a short 5-10 min drive as well. And they have shops, hikes, and food! A wonderful long weekend stay for sure!

The unit was HOT & needed more fans to move the air. The kitchen was minimally stocked -- pepper, but no salt & no other spices. Bare minimum of utensils. We liked the layout of the unit.

Mountain condo in Steamboat Springs

I had seen in other reviews that other people had problem with the checkin. Now I believe they had trouble with the 10 digit lock. We had to call management several times. They came and changed the battery in the lock which helped some. It just was really frustrating. Janice

Great value, spacious, would stay again!

Pleasantly surprised at all the space, well decorated. Comfortable beds, everything you need for a vacation. Clean. Easy to communicate with Vacasa. Great value for the money. Somethings you should know. The units back up to a huge tennis bubble, so that is your view. You could hear water/drainage/pipes running along the master bedroom closet/bathroom. It never stopped running while we were there. We let them know but no one came, so they must know about it. The parking pass they give you needs to be back in room at checkout, so if you wanted to hit the ski hill on your checkout day you need to find new parking location or risk being towed. They could not accommodate us. Would we stay here again? Most definitely.

Great rental

Overall, this was a lovely spot. Communication was great with the property manager. We had an issue with the dishwasher on our last day and they were quick to respond. The beds were very comfy, my nieces said even the pull out couch was very comfortable. There were only 2 things I would mention for future renters. These arenā€™t bad, just fyiā€™s. The condo doesnā€™t have A/C. There are some box fans and we were able to put those in the windows to cool off, but it did take a while on the warmer evenings. Also, the kitchen was well stocked on dishes and pots/pans, but nothing else. Again, not necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of if you want to stay in for a meal. Some rentals have a few basic spices/ingrediants, some donā€™t. Itā€™s nice to know for planning.
