Hi Sandra, it´s intresting your review, since all the other guests that have stayed in the same apartment days before and after gave us a 5 start, nobody has says anything about the wide of the courtains, if you put them in the right way it close the large window doors, that actually give beautiful light inside ande you can see the garden and pool during the day. The apartment was finished and furnitured about a year and 2 months ago, so the titles are new, bathroom, toilet and furniture too. The apartment it´s located in a quite road, not paved, walking distance to the beach, that´s why you can still see the monkey going by and other animals. Most of the roads in Nosara are not pave, only the main road 160. We wash the courtains every month, we do it when is not people, we didnt want to leave you without courtains while we wash them, but the apartment of course we do full cleaning after each check out. The courtains were a little dirty but not to make a problem. The door has a key code, its new techonoly for easy check in and people dont have to wait for the keys or to avoid problems when they lose the key. The apartment next door has a year rental that he supposed to change the key code by his self some months ago, I know now that he never did, so I just changed, maybe if you would communicate with me about this, I would fix it the same day, but you prefered not to say nothing, and then come out with this review. The pool is shared with other customers, most of the time is quite and not many people, its clear this in the information. Unfortunately only that day during your stay I decided to go swim in the pool and relax, each person needs to rest, as a client you have no right to interfere in the owner's private life, I was not with friends actually I was with some guests from other apartment and the music wasnt loud, we left the pool by 8 pm, so the music was over by that time. The AC is one for the apartment, 1 roof fan in the living room and 1 roof fan in the bedroom, most apartments in the area with one bedroom only have one AC unit. Before and after you people in the apartments have left very happy and with a good experience, I am very sorry that it was not like that for you.
