Villa Vista is the perfect home for those who want the best of everything during their vacation– from incredible ocean views to luxury living, this villa has it all!
When you walk in, you’ll be blown away by the spacious living and dining area with its 22-foot ceiling. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, and the air-conditioned library/media room comes with a large flat-screen Smart TV.
The master bedroom is very spacious and an incredible ocean view, the two other bedrooms(one with a queen bed and the other with king/ 2 twin beds) are very comfortable.
The open floor plan leads directly to a huge terrace and private infinity pool, where you can take in some of the best views in all of Costa Rica.
The outdoor bar and kitchen area includes a gas grill, side burner, and a beer/wine cooler – perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves.
You’ll get visits from colorful wildlife, like red macaws, hummingbirds, monkeys, and more. It’s the ideal spot to relax, relax, enjoy family time, or a romantic dinner (private gourmet chef available, for breakfast and dinner).
Villa Vista is located in the exclusive Samara Reefs community, which is known for its safety and privacy. The villa is just a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute drive to the town of Samara, where you’ll find great restaurants, bars, and shops. Most guests get around easily with a car or golf cart – it’s the perfect way to explore the area.
