Thank you Efren. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family. Warmly, Michael

Thank you so much for your stay and for the thoughtful feedback. We’re really glad to hear the home was comfortable, spacious, and a great fit for your family. I did want to clarify that the spa jets are working perfectly — sometimes the control panel can be a bit unintuitive, but we’ve double-checked everything and it’s operating as it should. We truly appreciate you pointing out the loungers. We’ve already arranged for full replacements so future guests can enjoy them without worry. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you very much. It was a pleasure hosting your family. Warmly, Michael

I am sorry that you felt the home warranted a 3 star review. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns with the room temperature and leaky faucet while you were at the house, unfortunately after the fact there is not a lot we can do. As for the bath tub, the listing doesn't list a bathtub, and the pictures all show showers so Im sorry that is was a disappointing surprise. We represent several lovely homes, and should you have let us know how important a bathtub was we could have found you an alternate property for your stay.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and for staying with us again in the neighborhood. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, high-quality linens, cleanliness, and well-stocked kitchen and outdoor areas. I did want to clarify a couple of the concerns you mentioned: • Dishwasher & refrigerator: The home is equipped with a top-of-the-line Samsung dishwasher and a matching Samsung refrigerator. That said, we truly appreciate you sharing your experience, and we’ll absolutely look into this to ensure everything is working as it should. • Pool heat & chemicals: Our pool technician visits twice weekly and monitors the chemistry very carefully, but we’ll certainly note your comments about the water and dry skin and review the levels. I’m also sorry you didn’t receive a callback when you reached out — that’s not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ll address that internally. We also appreciate the notes about paint touch-ups; we’ll take care of those. Thank you again for the helpful feedback and for spending your time with us. We hope to welcome you back and provide a fully five-star stay next time.
