Great vacation home.

The Fleming’s were great hosts. We enjoyed their home and had an awesome vacation experience. The house is close to the beach, pickleball courts and golf courses. We highly recommend this property!

Holiday Week

Very nice home!

We enjoyed ourselves very much! It’s nice at this time on the island as far as traffic. The only thing I was disappointed with was Wholefoods is no longer there.

Palmetto Dunes Beach House

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for us. It had everything we needed. It wasn't too far from the beach. Lisa, our host helped me find a place to rent bikes and answered all my questions in a timely manner. It's a great place to stay at HHI!

A Great Cozy Getaway

We loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and the couch was great! We actually had two deer walk right up to the windows one afternoon and an egret flew in one day as well. Amazing.

Lovely property, peaceful and relaxing

The home was the perfect size and layout for four adults, though there is room for a couple more. We very much appreciated the cleanliness throughout the home — kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we enjoyed the sunroom in the mornings and evenings. Easy and pleasant walked to the beach.

Island Venture

We loved the house. Plenty of space, nicely decorated, plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the location. Walkable/bike-able area. Short easy walk to the beach access too. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping too - especially Shelter Cove area. Thanks for all the starter items and the great communication. Loved everything about our stay.

Great Vacation

The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for our family’s stay. We especially enjoyed the spacious family room area and seating which allowed us all to sit comfortably together for game night. The location was great; we were just a short bike ride away from places we wanted to explore. Our communication with Lisa was phenomenal - she was quick to respond, informative, and helpful. We would happily recommend this listing to others.

Great Location - Great Property

The house is situated in a beautiful spot in Palmetto Dunes, with easy access to the beach, and any other island amenities you can think of. The host was extremely responsive to inquiries, and went above and beyond many times, to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Kitchen and bedrooms were well furnished, everything was comfortable and quiet. If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and the crowds, this is the place.

Laid Back Bachelor Weekend

This was a perfect spot for my brother who wanted a fun, yet relaxing and laid back bachelor party. We stayed here with 7 guys in their 20s-30s, and we had plenty of space. The house is in a great location with a short, 5-minute walk to the beach, 4-minute drive to the golf courses, and just minutes away from shopping centers and other great Hilton Head communities. The owners were super accommodating and responsive. Would definitely come back here when it is just my family and I!

Christopher and his group were great! The house was in super clean shape when they left! You would have never thought 7 guys with a bachelor party stayed at the house. They were super respectful! Great experience in Palmetto Dunes

From the moment we put Sea Ln on our wishlist to the day we departed, our owner/renter Lisa was polite, friendly, and attentive to our inquiries. The home was just as pictured in photos, so plenty of room for 2 grandparents and a family of 4 to spread out and relax. The sunroom at the back of the home was our fav spot for breakfast & lunch, game of cards, or reading. And the kitchen was well stocked to meet every chefs needs. Of course, we spent most of our time outside as the location is but a bike ride to everything PD has to offer. The well-treed property offered much shade but still there was ample natural light in the home. Those trees, and the set-back well from the corner, meant the location is very private. Will definitely rent from Lisa again.

Like staying at Grandma's

The house is located in the Mariners neighborhood of Palmetto Dunes. It's beautiful and less crowded than the rest of the area, but still close to all the conveniences, ie. General Store (it really does have the best fried chicken) and Outfitters. Extra car passes are a hefty 35, one is included with the rental. The house itself is like staying with family. The kitchen has every amenity for cooking for a large family, lots of extra plates, glasses and cutlery, pressure cooker, instapot, cooking knives, etc. It's a place you can have the family reunion dinner with a dining room and eat in kitchen, The sun room is perfect for Pilates or a cocktail before going out. There is a patio that feels very private with deer wandering occasionally through the backyard. The beach is a close walk, but if you have babies, go left out of the home to the beach access that has a ramp. It will be easier for strollers, bikes and wagons. The beach rental company is amazing for umbrellas and chair sets. We specifically wanted a house without a pool, since we had grandchildren that couldn't swim. Those aren't easy to find on the island that are in this nice of a neighborhood. The owners are very friendly, professional and responsive.
