• $50 per guest per night over 6 guests
• Up to 2 pets allowed — $100 per pet
• Registration form required before arrival
• No pool towels provided

Guest Access

The entire home and property are yours to enjoy and relax in. From the spacious single-level interior to the huge back deck, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and game room — you have full private access to everything during your stay.

Other Things to Note
• Security cameras monitor the exterior only for your safety and the security of the property.
• This is a peaceful retreat, not a party house — the atmosphere is designed for relaxation and nature.
• Maximum 10 guests.
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
• Guests must complete and return the registration form promptly. Failure to do so may result in not receiving the rental packet.
• Expect visits from deer, squirrels, bears, and other friendly forest animals — this is part of the natural charm of the property.
• After the 6th guest, there is a $40 per person, per night fee.
• Pets must be approved before booking; $100 per pet, maximum 2 pets.
• After booking, you will be asked to provide your email address so we can send the required rental forms for insurance purposes.
• Pool towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
