Condo unit 200 is a second-floor condo featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It does not have a beach view but does overlook the outdoor heated pool. The warm luxury vinyl flooring welcomes you right away. You’ll find the unit is nicely laid out and perfect for a couple’s retreat. But if you have a kid or two, then there is a sofa sleeper you can use in the living area. This quaint but warm condo is perfect for the couple who is looking for an affordable getaway with a bit more room and a lot more privacy than a traditional hotel room.

Everything was fine, however the bathroom was a bit dirty, the door had dirty handprints on it and the ceiling had visible dust.

Location was great. Our room was literally in the laundry room area. Had we known we wouldn’t have booked here. Very small. Pool hours needed at 8, which I feel is too early. I felt overall it was over priced for what we got. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Thank you for the feedback. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. 200 is a smaller unit, and rate wise, the most affordable, well below average rate for on water property. The pool is open during our lobby hours for safety and security reasons. If you do decide to give us another chance, I would love to work with you on a discounted rate for an on water unit. Our pool hours do extend to 9pm from Mid June - October Jamie GM

Quick weekend trip

Great location for our stay for a skating competition. Close to rink. Nice to have some more space then a regular hotel room. Beach is beautiful

First Lake Trip

We had a wonderful time and this was the perfect little place to stay. It was very clean and the beach was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to come back!

Perfect location. Building is clean and you can tell management really cares about the place. Overall very pleasant experience. Would just get a larger unit for next time.

Perfect weekend away

The staff was amazing. Property was clean, however i would have liked a broom or vacuum for all the sand. Could use some updates in the room specifically, but it was very clean and a wonderful stay. Would go back again!

Clean and Convenient

The hotel was conveniently located on the highway. It was clean and simple to check in. The road nearby was noisy in the morning. Other than that it was a great place to stay while visiting on business.

The property is conveniently located to everything in the Traverse City area. The condo was clean and the check-in and check-out staff were pleasant. My only complaint is the television was not working properly due to a display/tech issue that impacted our ability to watch a highly anticipated sports event. Additionally, the couch was cheaply made and uncomfortable. Our items kept falling through the cracks onto the floor which required moving the couch to access them. The couch was not suitable as a sleeping option for anyone other than a very young child.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A fantastic experience all around. It has been over thirty years since I first fell in love with North Shore (first stay was in 1994). It has always been an amazing place to stay; but Jamie and his staff have made it better than it has ever been. A perfect place to launch from if you wish to get to the myriad attractions in the area; although you may find that as unnecessary as I do. I for one prefer to stay put at North Shore to enjoy the manicured beach, great pool, and one of the most beautiful views on earth of Grand Traverse Bay.

Great vacation

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced get away with no work or responsibilities. We found it here! The condo, although small, was perfect for us. It was very clean (and I’m very picky). It is nicely updated. With a few minor updates in the bath and kitchenette, it would be a bit nicer, but still did the job for us. The location on the East Bay is beautiful and the beach/lake area is very sandy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is a great option if you don’t like to swim in the lake. Will definitely go back!
