Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first glance this unit looked good. Upon further time passing, the bed was miserably uncomfortable and the toilet was so small, it felt like it was made for a child. I love the complex but will not stay in 306 again.

Thank you for the review. We will pass along the notes to ownership to see if this is something they can improve upon. We appreciate the feedback and will make note of your concerns. Please realize each unit is individually owned and each condo is appointed a bit different. You can take a virtual tour through the website before booking. Great stay

The beach was breathtaking loungers we’re such a perk to have loved not carrying chairs to the beach the water was so warm and Sandy beach was heaven to walk on. The condo was clean nicely decorated and loved the two balconies. The pool was also a great treat. The cons of our stay were the ac didn’t reach the second story master bedroom so it was warm sleeping up there. No blanket for the pull out couch bed and the ducks just would not leave us alone on the beach for a good hour. Overall I would absolutely stay again if were are in town.

Ashley, Thank you for the review. I apologize that you didn't see the blanket. There should have been one for the pullout and we do have them in the office. Yes ducks are a hassle. That's why we don't feed them, guest leave and they don't. We certainly hope you will come back and stay with us again. Jamie

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleased with the property overall. However, there was a problem with the garbage disposal and a link in the kitchen sink. The property management team was responsive and fixed the garbage disposal, but I was concerned that the unit was not checked out ahead of time to make sure that it was operational.

Overall ok

Property is is desperate need of updates and repairs. Mini blinds in all rooms are broken, some are even taped together. There are stains on the ceiling. The location was nice. I felt like for the price it should have looked better though. It was pretty clean for the most part. Probably would not stay here again.

We are sorry the room was not up to par for you. The owners of the condo are aware of the blinds. Many of the condo's on property have replaced the blinds with newer, modern blinds. We took over as property managers in January and have been nudging improvements to the condo's since. Many of the condo's have been updated and more on scheduled to get some things done. We will soon be offering 3d imaging of the rooms and just so you are aware, each condo is a bit different. We truly hope you decide to give North Shore another look in the future. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in great location. Fairly clean. Blinds really need updated as most were taped together. A lot of light let in at night due to poor quality of blinds. Microwave stopped working. Overall it was not a bad place but could use some TLC.

Robert, We appreciate the honest feedback. We have replaced the microwave with new. We are encouraging ownership to make improvements to the condo units and like with anything else, its a process and time. We pride ourselves on making sure the guests stay is a positive one. I would encourage you to review the website as we have offered 3d virtual tours of each and every unit available for your stay. This will allow our guests to make sure that all of your needs are met. All of the units are unique. Please consider this when coming back to Traverse City. Your feedback is very important and your comments have been noted. Jamie General Manager

Unit 306

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 306. The rooms need updating. There are water stains on the ceiling. Dresser drawers in one room were missing knobs. Beds were comfortable. We suggest replacing the heavy quilts for lighter blankets in the summer. Kitchen supplies, especially glassware was lacking. Great view of the bay but overall not worth the price we paid.

Thank you for taking the time to review the property. As a property management company we took over in January and look at feedback closely. Views were great and close enough to all activities and downtown Traverse. Pictures of unit were better than reality, floors were filthy. Also we were sold on heated pool, but was broken entire time. They stated it would be done on Monday and was not fixed till Thursday our check out day. We had to ask them on the status of the repair Tuesday and sent us to the next property that had a gross pool after complaining. Also have to go get your own towels/shampoo/conditioner if you run out. You do have to pay to do any laundry there, which I think the listing was a bit misleading on that. Loved Traverse, but not this property.
