Exactly What I was Looking For

My girlfriend and I always like to find unique places to visit. In wanting to see the Surf Ballroom and visit Blue Earth, MN, this was the perfect in between spot. The host was extraordinarily quick in responded, was watching out for us, and the property was exactly as it was detailed online. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful tiny home!

This was the perfect spot for a small get together. We had 5 adults and had no problems with v sleeping/space. It is clean and a comfortable place to stay!

Best mini vaca ever

Was very satisfied with the whole stay. Was very peaceful and out of the mainstream. Relaxing was not a problem. And close enough to go and enjoy clear lake. Will most definitely recommend and stay again.

Small town, big fun!

Place was perfect for my family while we enjoyed a wedding near by. Place may look small from the outside but it has lots of space inside, more then you would expect from driving by. Everything needed was included, easy access to other towns nearby and comfortable beds. Larry was fantastic to work with and always responded quickly, very accommodating and professional! We have family friends in the area and this will always be the place to stay for us!

Cozy Tiny House

Visiting from out of state, spending most days and evenings w/family. It is the 2nd property I have stayed at by this owner. Each very charming. The tiny house is perfect for me as it smaller, cozy, afordable and well lit; with all the amenities needed. The check in and out could not be easier! Thank You

FYI, I would have appreciated more decaf coffee pods. Comfortable bed. Did not have time to watch television so can not comment on it. Free wi fi is great! Host was quick to respond when I sent a message,

Great Tiny House!

We were excited to stay and experience a "tiny house" and we were really surpised of how open it felt, not cramped at all! The loft is a bit challenging for adults because the ceiling is low, but it was fine. It had all the conveniences of home and worked well for our little group of 3. We did purchase drinking water because we did not care for the well water, but well water is natural for rural settings. Larry was wonderful to work with and has a nice little bnb area right along the highway. We did not hear anything, but you would if windows were open, of course. We will definitely plan to stay there again if future plans bring us back to that area.

Valentine getaway

Overall, the stay was awesome and fun filled. Didn't know/realize the only true bed was a queen upstairs and on the floor (2 mattress). It was hard for our elderly other couple to sleep there. The day bed needs a thicker cushion/mattress and there was no trundle bed under the day bed as labeled. The hot water had an iron/well water smell to it. Location was good, but heavy traffic at all times on the highway and local trains run around midnight every night. Only received one feedback from the owner and that was with booking.

Beautiful Small Town Iowa, 50 population, right on US Highway 18, 5 miles to the east to Garner Iowa, and 5 miles west to Britt Iowa!

The Town Duncan, has a large historic Catholic Church and also a Historic Community Ballroom.

The residents of Duncan take much pride in our small town as you can see by the beautiful kept houses, yards etc of our neighbors!

This Halfway Tiny House is a Park Model Home professionally built, and moved to our location in the summer of 2022, from a resort on a large lake in Duluth Minnesota.

This is an absolutely beautiful home inside and out with a beautiful wood grain railing allowing you to see into the upper loft area from the dining living room.

There is a Pop Machine on premises available to purchase 8 different selections from!

Large deck with picnic table and chairs, along with a new propane grill and grill tools.

Our Halfway House has earned a 5^ rating over the 2 years we have had it available to guests!

We are also Super Hosts, with perfect scores for taking perfect care of our guests.
