Main level has well equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 8, and has entrance to a covered porch. Living room has gas log fireplace, vaulted ceilings, entrance to deck, CATV with DVD/VCR. Full bath has with shower, Mst. BR has KING bed, and entrance to private deck, CATV with DSL internet access, and window unit A/C. Upper level has two bedrooms each with a window unit A/C (Queen, and DOUBLE) with full bath in between. Lower level has one bedroom (Queen) and one full bath. There's a family room with CATV,, game room with large table, board games and puzzles, and entrance to a lower deck. Laundry room. Occupancy Limit 10 . NO SMOKING. Pets are ok with a $175.00 non refundable pet fee per pet. There is easy access to this home located on Little Bear Pen- with a ‘drive through driveway’ and a carport.

Sleeping arrangements/ Bathrooms in a nutshell:

Main level: Bedroom #1 (King) One full bath with shower- the bathroom is located beside the bedroom. The bathroom has a sunken tub. Upper level: Bedroom #2- Queen bed Bedroom #3- Full bath in between the two bedrooms with entrance to bathrooms from the landing. Lower level: Bedroom #4- King bed Full bath located in the hallway near the bedroom

This home has a three-night minimum, except for HOLIDAYS AND SOME LOCAL EVENTS.
The rental app you are using may allow you to make two or three-night rentals during these times, but that doesn't mean the reservation will be honored.
