This stylish 3/2 canal front home features a private swimming pool large enough for the kids to play and breathtaking open water views that can be enjoyed while swimming or soaking in the sun from one of the outdoor loungers. Waterside you’ll also find the famous tiki hut with room to entertain or enjoy your freshly grilled catch (courtesy of our BBQ Grill). Beneath the palm trees, you’ll also find an elevated putting green, in case you’re itching to knock a few strokes off your golf-game.
The interior of the home is island inspired with chic decor and a simplistic design. The convenient layout makes entertaining easy. You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with water views over the sink, a living room that connects to a screened in patio, and the dining room with an abundance of natural light seeping in via the hurricane force windows. Each bedroom is just as thoughtfully decorated. The master with King bed and en-suite bath is a lovely retreat after a long day of enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with Twin trundle and the third bedroom also features a Queen bed. Near the kitchen you’ll also find the laundry room with washer and dryer.
Marathon is known for it’s world class fishing, and not only can you see the Gulf of Mexico from your kitchen sink, but you can be in the Atlantic Ocean via Vaca Cut in less than a few minutes. If you’d like to get your toes in the sand, Coco Plum & Sombrero Beach are also just a couple miles away and there is also a public boat ramp just under one mile from the home.

Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer while gulf-side canals see it more in winter. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay, especially if you’re staying in the winter months.

* Please note the pool lights do not work at the moment
* A 3.9% fee of entire booking amount applies to ALL CANCELATIONS.
* Garage is for owner storage.
* Security cameras around the exterior of the home including one by front door facing driveway and one over pool facing boat lift.
*Pool heat is available for an additional $200 per week (plus tax), and $28.57 per additional day (plus tax) thereafter. Please note that pool/spa heat temperature is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature.
*Pets are considered on a case by case basis and only after a paying a pet fee. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME if you plan on bringing a pet without checking with us first
* Kayaks pictured are not guaranteed.
* Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.
