"Sombrero Heaven" Villa is located at MM50 on the Island of Marathon. The Villa is new construction (December 2016) and offers a canal front pool, shaded patio area, private lit dock, dock ladder and ropes, fish cleaning station, covered parking and room for your trailer! An ocean front neighborhood beach is just a couple minutes drive or 10 minute walk! With it's coastal feel decor and all it's amenities, the villa is Island Living at it's best!

~Hop on your boat from your 30' private dock for a day of fishing, snorkeling, diving and boating ~ minutes from open water and a few Nautical Miles from the reef! (Half the dock is 30'. The other half is for use of unit 2 guests).
~Cook your catch in the fully equipped luxury kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops or on the gas grill by the pool! Fish cleaning station on the dock!

The spacious and comfortable Living Room boasts a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and dining area! The Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV, an en suite bath with dual sinks and King size bed. The other 3 bedrooms all have comfy roomy Queen beds! There is a washer and dryer on the main floor, in the kitchen area. We also have covered parking and room for your boat trailer! Plenty of extra parking for additional cars!

There are lots of special, personal touches for you throughout...we have beach chairs and beach towels available for your use! Maid service throughout your stay is available for an additional fee.
