Upon arrival to The Mills House, continue into the circular driveway as you approach the house.

Located in the Hudson Valley, The Mills House is between Rhinebeck and Hyde Park, NY. This area boasts a myriad of unique restaurants, shops, outdoor adventures and other attractions.

Some of our favorite things to do include the Helsinki Hudson, a farm-to-table restaurant plus live performance venue, New York Zipline Adventures, or Upstate Films Rhinebeck movie theater.

Our can’t-miss favorite restaurants include aroi Thai restaurant in Rhinebeck, Le Canard Enchaine for incredible French cuisine, the Bartlett House, a cafe and bakery in Ghent, NY, and Gaskins, a romantic date-night restaurant.

When you enter The Mills House, you will notice immediately how clean, inviting, and well-equipped the home is. Between windows, doors, and skylights, the sun pours in, casting a bright, warm glow throughout. Two separate living spaces offer two different vibes.

When you want to hang out with your friends, curl up with a good book, or check up on social media, head to the living room with its coordinating leather sofas and ottomans. And be sure to take full advantage of the corner bar, complete with glasses, shakers, and cocktail books.

The separate den, with a cozy brick hearth and fireplace, is the sweet spot to stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Our Wifi offers a speed of 476 Mbps.

Cooking & Dining

This fully-equipped kitchen will make your family chef’s heart sing! With stainless steel appliances, loads of cabinets for all your goodies and groceries, and plenty of work space, it will be an easy task to create all the family’s favorites. Add to that a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, tons of cheery natural light, and you’ve got a winning recipe!

You’ll all feel like royalty sitting at the gorgeous dining table for 8 with leather seating and smart lighting to savor the chef’s specialities.

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms

The Mills House has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, comfortably accommodating your group of up to 10.

The large primary bedroom suite is a true retreat. It offers a two-story ceiling, king bed, and dual nightstands and lamps. A cozy sofa pulls out into a bed for an additional two, making it a great family suite. Perhaps the most interesting thing about his space, however, is the second floor loft that doubles as a complete work space, with desk, chair, and bookshelf overlooking the beautifully wooded yard. Guests will also enjoy the privacy of an ensuite bath.
The second guest suite offers a queen size bed and en-suite bath.

The third guest bedroom has a queen bed with dual nightstands and lamps, and a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed with pull-out trundle.
These two guest bedrooms share a full hall bath.

Outdoor Amenities

Mother Nature is really the star of the show at The Mills House. Undoubtedly, you’ll spend many contented hours simply taking in the calming and serene surroundings, from one of the several outdoor vantage points. Be sure to enjoy a few meals al fresco at the dining table on the deck, perhaps enjoying a hamburger or hot dog from the gas BBQ grill.
