RAINBOWS & TROPICAL BREEZES

Aloha! Welcome to our condo at the Plantation in Princeville, on the beautiful Garden Island of Kauai. Come and enjoy Rainbows, Sunsets and Tropical Breezes. Our Hale faces East which allows for the wonderful tradewinds to blow through, and bring the island inside, it also provides for some spectacular sunrises off the front.

Our condo is an upstairs unit and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a spacious covered lanai, along with having central a/c (A/C is vented into the Main living area-Living room and kitchen, Master Bedroom and 1 Guest bedroom plus the 3rd bedroom has a portable a/c unit for added comfort) and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances and a Keurig for morning coffee on the lanai. The 4 sliding glass doors off of the living and dining room and master bedroom bring the island inside, and open to the spacious covered lanai, with seating for 6--perfect for catching those Rainbows, Sunsets and Tropical Breezes! For entertainment, there is a 42' LCD Flat Screen TV with HD TV, dvd player, along with a movie collection, and the condo is equipped with wifi should you desire to stay connected. The master suite features a king sized bed, spacious bathroom with double sinks and counters, a large soaking tub and shower, and walk in closet, and MP3 player clock/speaker system. Both guest rooms are outfitted with queen beds, flat screen TVs and private baths. We take pride in our Hawaiian Hale, and have outfitted it with all the amenities of home. And, for your days at the beautiful beaches on Kauai, there are beach towels and chairs, an umbrella, cooler, straw mats and some sand toys ready for your enjoyment.

Enjoy BBQ’s beside the pool and jacuzzi with waterfall features within the complex, or slip into the fitness center for a quick workout, both are located just steps from our condo. Nearby, there are walking trails throughout Princeville, to the shopping center and restaurants, to the golf course, and nearby beaches-Anini and Hideaways. The Plantation is located across the street from the Makai golf course. The St Regis Resort is located 1 mile from The Plantation and is a beautiful spot to have a mai tai (or your drink of choice) and watch the sun set over Bali Hai. Or (our favorite) take a quick 7 minute drive down to Hanalei Bay, a 2 mile crescent shaped beach where the mountains almost touch the sand. It is simply one of the most gorgeous beaches in the world!

The Plantation is one of the newest complexes in Princeville, and our condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Paradise. We are located approximately 28 miles from the Lihue Airport on the N. Shore of Kauai.

Enjoyed our stay in Princeville! The condo was clean and very comfortable for six adults. We liked the amenities and were able to cook several meals in the condo. Great option for Kauai!

Very clean and well appointed; this condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay! Nice walking paths nearby and a quick drive to Hanalei Bay. We had no issues at all and check in was a breeze.

Excellent location for north shore and east shore excursions. The condo is great for up to six people. Lots of beach gear to borrow in the garage. The lanai was great for early morning coffee and evening meals.

Perfect location

Cute condo overlooking the pool but not directly so the covered patio is semi private. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location on the island. Quiet, close to great beaches and shopping. Would highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic 3 bedroom condo in the heart of Princeville

We are a family of four ( two university aged sons). This condo was spacious, comfy beds and well equipped both for cooking and for fun. ( chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards).The condo is in a great location with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. The pool and hot tub were great and my boys appreciated the gym. Karla was great to deal with and check in and out were easy.We would absolutely stay at this condo again!

Truly a home away from home

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. So well maintained and cared for, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for getting around to various beaches, while being quiet and family friendly. Walking distance to Princeville center, and the Princeville Farmer's Market on Saturdays. We loved every minute of our time there!

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay! The condo was great for our family - large and comfortable with a beautiful lanai. We loved the pool and everything we needed for the beach was available as well. Karla was great with communication and provided us with lots of recommendations. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

We live in Oahu and wanted to have a short getaway to Kauai and this was the perfect place for us. We had young children and older adults and each one of us had a relaxing time. Karla was a fantastic host and accommodated our needs when we requested it. Loved our stay. 10/10

Beautiful condo on gorgeous property

Our family had a fantastic stay at the condo in Princeville. We felt right at home after just a few hours of being in the place. The kitchen is well-stocked, the furniture is high-quality, and the place is spotless. It's situated in a nice neighborhood and very close to all the north shore spots. We loved swimming at Hanalei Bay, sitting by the pool, and cooking breakfast in the kitchen. I highly recommend this place to future guests!

Adult family trip

Couldn’t be better!! Home was well laid out and spacious - comfortably accommodated us, our grown sons, and their wives. Kitchen fully stocked for every meal’s prepping needs. Deck was perfect size for morning coffees and night time visiting. The whole complex was very peaceful and homey, surrounded by beautiful strolling paths, and the location a scenic short drive to all the hikes, beach sites and activities on our list. Greatly appreciated availability of coolers and enough beach chairs for all of us. Hosts are very responsive and focused on making your stay a pleasant one. Than you for sharing your space!!

Fabulous Stay for Family of 6

We had a lot to celebrate on our vaca to Kauai 2024. 50th & 70th Birthdays, 1st ever vacations, & celebrating life after a brain tumor! This place was the perfect place for 3 groups to enjoy each other as a family, while everyone having their own space! Karla was a very gracious host, from special welcome gifts to amazing communication throughout the whole stay! Not if, but when, we return to Kauai, we would definitely stay here again!! Amazing Vacation

Karla is a fantastic host. She is super helpful and responsive to questions. The condo is great. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It is well kept. Perfectly located to all the things the North Shore has to offer. We would happily stay there again.

Beautiful condo, surroundings, balcony, and location!!

Me and my mom absolutely loved staying here. We found it after filtering the search for condos with A/C. This place was awesome - beautiful spacious back balcony where we ate breakfast and enjoyed a view of the garden plantation. The front yard is so nice too, I enjoyed working out on the grass in the mornings. If you're lucky, at night you can also star gaze. The kitchen was super equipped, you'll have everything you need. We cooked a full steak dinner with poi, rice, and other dishes. My mom kept raving about how much better it was that we stayed at this condo instead of a hotel, since it was so comfortable, convenient, had our own kitchen, each had a comfortable bed/privacy, and so forth. No complaints whatsover, would definitely stay again in the future!

Heavenly Kauai Condo!

Could not have been better! 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms for our family meant enough space and privacy for all, eating on the lovely lanai with a 1 year old baby made meals so easy. Having the pool and close by beaches more pluses. The peaceful, colorful and Hawaiian feel of this condo and the comfy furniture all made for an extra special vacation. Mahalo Karla for going over and above making everything so nice for us.

Truly Rainbows and Tropical Breezes

My husband and I along with our daughter, son, and their partners stayed at this beautiful condo. Since there were 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was perfect. We immediately felt comfortable staying here as the condo was so clean and inviting. The kitchen was beautiful and well supplied with coffee, spices, cookware, etc. There were great amenities such as beach towels, chairs, and coolers to use. The location to a grocery store, beaches, shopping and restaurants at Hanalei Bay, also HaEna State Park and Anini Beach for a snorkeling boat tour made this an exceptionally convenient place to stay. The owner was extremely responsive to questions which gave us peace in the renting process. We did see a rainbow one day and the warm breezes that come through the condo made this, along with everything else, such a wonderful way to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Thank you Karla.

We fell in love with the island of Kauai on our first visit back in 1992, and purchased this second home in 2010 to enjoy. We are a family of 5, and love the outdoors, and spend most of our time surfing, fishing, snorkeling and hiking. In the evenings we love returning to our Hawaiian Hale to bbq by the pool, sit in the hot tub and relax on our lanai, looking out at the stars.
