Great beachfront property. Can’t beat the location! Three different level decks to use,comfy beds and well-appointed kitchen.

We had a wonderful time at Hannah's Choice! We brought my 81 year old mother, who wanted an ocean view, but needed an elevator to be able to enjoy it. Every room in the house has an ocean view, and she was able to enjoy it with ease. The set up of the house, including the kitchen were great! Everything was well appointed and if anyone needed some quiet time away from the noise, there are plenty of places to escape to while still enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean.

Great house in a great location. Plenty of sleeping space with comfortable beds. Only a few steps from the beach which was great to get people and "stuff" on and off the beach. A bit odd to only have one entrance door so we had to be careful to keep sand out of the living area. Not much beach area at high tide but this probably changes from one year to the next. Great view to the east made for beautiful sunrises. Nice to have two refrigerators and two ovens with a third warming drawer. Plenty of prep and serving space. Nice large 6-burner gas cooktop.There were some negatives that could be easily addressed.The elevator was tricky with conflicting instructions on the top floor so we only used it to move luggage and kitchen stuff. The oven racks did not fit the oven and usually fell when sliding them out to remove a dish.Lots of pots and pans but short on cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons.The charcoal grill is getting old and is not adjustable. Managed to get a really hot fire however there were no barbecue utensils. Used a short plastic kitchen spatula to turn the burgers but had to wear a mitt to protect our hands.The mini-split AC in the living area was out of order. The outside temp was a bit milder than during the summer so that was OK. In the summer it might be a problem.There was an intermittent ceiling leak in the living room that couldn't be resolved.Might seem like a lot of negatives but none impacted our ability to have a great time.

Perfect location

The location of this house was amazing. The views from each and every room were breathtaking. The only thing that I see after traveling and using rental apps for several years was that there were no toilet paper to start us off and the dishes in the cabinets were left without being properly cleaned. But that was nothing that us pre-washing them before using them wouldn’t take care of. Food lion is walking distance so we went and purchased toilet paper. It just would have been nice to have at-least a little for after the ride there.

We do want to clarify that each of our properties is stocked with a complimentary starter kit upon arrival, which includes two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and other basic items to help get your stay off to a smooth start. We also include a full “What to Bring” list with your booking confirmation and pre-arrival messages so guests can plan accordingly for longer stays. We appreciate the note about the dishes as well. While our cleaning teams do their best to check everything, we’ll be sure to follow up with the crew to ensure all items are being inspected more closely between guests. The house is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. The communication from the property management group is confusing and detracted from our experience. The email communications state that no paper goods are provided, but upon arrival there was a welcome package with paper goods, cleaning supplies in the kitchen and toiletries in all the bathrooms. It would have been much appreciated to be given accurate information so we didn’t have to over-pack. We also received an email about a pet deposit that was unclear enough that it warranted a phone call only to be told it didn’t apply to us. The communication could definitely be improved.

Excellent location with great ocean view and very short number of steps to the water. Edisto Island and beach are great. Elevator functional but a bit quirky. Some appliances and lighting needed repair. Host is a rental agency which handles it like they do their direct rentals and offer their own services like insurance redundant with VRBO and presenting confusion for me. They respond by phone with different people when you call with some inconsistency in response depending on the person. Little to direct communication through VRBO system. My impression is you’re better served to rent this property through the local rental agency than VRBO because of confusion.Above said, I would rent this property again and enjoyed the accessibility and pet friendly amenities and the wonderful location.

Overall great spot steps from the beach. Decks are on the side which is ok. Nice to have an elevator with 4 floors. Every bedroom has a great view of the beach
