Experience your perfect beach getaway at Change of Pace, a stunning 18th-floor condo with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 and offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience.

Wake up in the king primary suite with direct balcony access, Gulf views, and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The bright, coastal-inspired living area opens to a spacious private balcony—perfect for dining or enjoying sunset views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials plus a dual Keurig (carafe + single-serve). Enjoy meals at the dining table, breakfast bar, or outdoors on the balcony. Additional comforts include in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, and TVs in both bedrooms and the living room.

The condo was very well organized and clean. The view was absolutely amazing and beautiful. The long balcony was everything for the girls. Front desk make check in so easy and were so sweet to my girls!

The view was great! The balcony lounge chair was ripped, but the other chairs were nice, and the master bed wasn't comfortable and didn't have enough pillows. Overall, the beach access/view were amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay!! The staff downstairs were the sweetest of people! We loved talking with them and getting recommendations of what to do and see! The condo was absolutely breath-taking! You pay for the view and it does not disappoint. You have all the toiletries and supplies you could need! The only things we bought was mainly for laundry and a dish sponge. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets which we loved and a bonus outside dining table on the balcony! Our toddler loved going on the balcony and watching the once waves. There were only 2 units on the 18th so it seemed like we had the whole floor to ourselves. Only negative I would say was it gets really cold at night even with the heat on so we bundled down with those extra blankets. Overall, this place was a DREAM! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here.

Perfect stay!

Location on the water is spectacular! We were fortunate and had a high apartment so the view was incredible. It was very clean well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views and a great location! The bikes on property are a major plus ! Will be staying here again , only thing I will say is the oven randomly locks ! So be careful of that !

Great Condo!

We stay at this property twice a year. One Seagrove Place is the best! All of the condos are very clean and have great views, especially if you stay above the 10th floor. This one was no exception. It was exactly as advertised.

Family vacation 7-17-25

Overall, we really like the place. One Seagrove is perfect. This unit had a few issues: dirty silverware and dishes in the cabinet, master bed was very uncomfortable. The platform has broken and bent legs that create low spots.Try putting a matt or rug under the platform. The legs slide on the tile floor and bend/break.

Great location

We weren’t informed about any ongoing construction going on, which was a problem using elevator, parking lot and huge crane, construction workers, which made it difficult to get in the building, but we were able to walk around back. The property managers were A++++, and worked with the owner and made everything right. The property is going to be amazing when they complete the renovations. The condo was outdated, but I believe it will be renovated soon. Overall, it was a large unit with incredible views of ocean but not of a sunrise or sunset which is fine , just a few steps to the beach to see that. Easy bike rides to seaside one way and an easy ride the other way to awesome beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and would surely go back when renovations are completed.

Great Views and Beach Access

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at One Seagrove Place very much. This is our fourth year and we are never disappointed. The unit was well appointed and we like the end units with the wrap around balcony for better storage of sand gear. Beds were comfortable. The sofa sleeper was a sofa sleeper :0 We have stayed in multiple units and to give this one a 5 star we would like to have more glassware and plastic glasses for safety, a full-length mirror somewhere in the unit, and more basic supplies. We spent an extra $100 on basic supplies like garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc. We don't live close enough to drive and suitcase space at a premium so we couldn't pack those. They also say they will not return anything left behind which we haven't run into before. It probably made us search everywhere 4x instead of 2 or 3. LOL! When we called the number given we reached an answering service and had to wait for a call back. All in all a good stay and a nice property. Solid 4 *

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just ok. It was clean but it’s a very tight condo lots packed into the rooms. Biggest complaint is that I didn’t know we were on a public beach. Had to get up between 5:30-6:30 to put your personal chairs out so you had a spot close to the water. The chair rental guys didn’t set up until 8:00. They majorly need black out curtains in the master bedroom, very outdated curtains and some of the panes were missing. The tvs didn’t work properly in the kids room or master. The pool needs an upgrade. Did kill a cockroach the last night in the closet. Pros are it’s next door to a donut shop, a seafood market, two nice restaurants close by and a great jogging path.

I would not recommend anyone staying here

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I rented a condo for a week and the staff and the condo couldn’t have been worse. From the the check in our experience was horrible. We walked in, and noticed that the 2 rocking sofas were disgustingly dirty, stains and discolored, which was so gross and we didn’t even want to sit. They left a bunch of towels to be folded, and the soap in every bathroom and kitchen was filled it water instead of refilling it with actual soap. The king size bed was SO uncomfortable, you have to sleep on the edge of each sides in order to sleep or else you’d sink in, in the middle. After the 4th day of being there, I called the front desk and the GM emailed me telling me how she was disappointed in ME because I didn’t tell them the very first day. God forbid my family and I are at least trying to enjoy our vacation instead of calling the very first day! I WOULD NOT recommend booking here. The staff was not helpful in any way.
