This home is complete with enclosed swimming pool, a fully furnished kitchen, full sized washer & dryer, flat screen Apple TV in lounge with cable or Netflix available to our guests, and Wireless internet access. | There is a king size bed in the master suite. You will not want to miss this lovely vacation home close to Disney and at the doorsteps of local shopping areas.

Great home!

The pics don't do this house justice. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the home. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with most items (could have used some large bowls for serving). We had a misunderstanding with the heating of the pool. The listing did not show that heating the pool was an extra charge, but when we called they said it was extra. Management did resolve the issue for us to our satisfaction. Overall, this property made our family Christmas celebration wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

I will start by saying this property is very close to the Disney parks. The location is great but I would not recommend. The check in process was horrible. I never received an email with the code to get in. I ended up calling since we couldn’t get in and was told it was emailed a month prior to our stay. They ended up giving us the info and we could get inside. I have stayed in many rentals and have never had this issue. The house also had no dish soap to wash dishes. I felt like the kitchen was stocked but everything was very old and dated.

The house was nice and big, the decorations inside were nice as well, I’d have to say the cleanliness of the place was ok. The living room lights didn’t work; I tried contacting the owner but they didn’t respond and the pool had sand in it and was a bit dirty, but other than that the location was great! You had a lot of stores around and restaurants, I would stay again!

Lovley home - in PERFECT location

This place was a home - we stayed for 4 weeks, it had everything we needed, it felt safe - and was in a good area. The BEST bit was the distance between the home and the parks, it took us about 11 mins to get to Animal Kingdom and about 20 mins to Magic Kingdom, whilst Universal tool about 28 mins - which is nothing. plenty of supermarkets and shops around. what else could somebody need.

Nice clean, quiet location

Filled with everything you may need from dishes to laundry, pool, and very quiet neighborhood only thing that was a negative is the insects in the kitchen area. Everything else was perfect.

Tired but adequate

Upon arrival a few things needed to be addressed and were promptly taken care of by management. The property was adequate but not aesthetically pleasing. Such as stained/spotted carpet, that needs replaced, worn out furniture, pool deck had black and needed power washing, the drive way is cracked and not safe. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool heater worked well. The neighborhood was quiet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice. Had all the cookware and dinnerware needed. Had everything we needed. The pool was nice although we didn't use it because the water was cold. I highly recommend this rental if for those planning on going to Disney or Universal Studios.
