You don’t have to travel to Europe for vacation, and a beach getaway doesn’t have to break the bank. Which is why a stay at Tuscany, right in the heart of Destin, can be the perfect paradise retreat. Tuscany is a three-level beachfront home with spacious interiors, comfortable accommodations, picturesque views, a game room, a 6x14 private pool, and beach access with complimentary seasonal beach service (2 chairs + 1 umbrella). With seven bedrooms and six and a half baths, this stately vacation home can entertain up to 24 guests. Bedrooms are split between the top levels, making it easy for multi-family groups to party together at the beach. Whether you’re headed to Destin for a family vacation or a retreat with friends, this oasis is the place for you!

The first floor is dedicated to the open living room, dining area, and kitchen. The Tuscan-style interior immediately puts you in a vacation state of mind. Travertine marble flooring flows throughout the space. Walls of windows filter in ample sunlight and offer incredible beach views. From the great room, glass doors lead onto a breezy balcony with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and steps leading directly to the beach. Inside, a cozy seating ensemble is made up of a blue sofa and two wing-backed accent chairs. The setup faces a TV and a built-in entertainment center. Tucked in a sunny corner, an additional cozy seating area features a yellow couch flanked by two colorful armchairs, all set around a drink table. The dining room is located on the other side of the room. A round table and eight chairs situated next to beach-facing windows create a laidback dining experience. The state-of-the-art kitchen boasts a wraparound granite bar with stools. The kitchen also includes sleek counters, multiple countertop outlets, a center island, a wine cooler, and an oven and stove set into a tiled alcove.

Ascend the open staircase from the elegant foyer to the second level, where you will find five of the home’s bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, dedicated work desk, plush reading chair, flatscreen TV, and access to a romantic balcony overlooking the gulf. The ensuite bath has dual vanities, windows facing the beach, a soaking tub, and a glass-walled shower with a rainfall shower head. No need to fight for the primary suite! Three guest bedrooms on this floor also have a king-size bed and private baths. The other guest bedroom on this level has two full bunk beds.

The third floor features separate living quarters with a game room, a full kitchen, and a dining room. There is a pool table, TV, and a beachfront balcony. Of the two bedrooms on this floor, one is a king-size guest suite, while the other includes two queen-size beds and a white sleeper sofa. In addition to top-notch accommodations, a stay at Tuscany comes with several amenities to improve your vacation. A private pool provides a lovely spot for outdoor relaxation. The beach is literally steps from the first-floor balcony. Guests receive access to Destiny by the Sea neighborhood amenities, including a large swimming pool, hot tub, and a community clubhouse. When you’re ready to explore the surrounding area, there’s no shortage of things to see and do. Venues such as the Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Grand Boulevard each offer a unique experience consisting of restaurants, beach shops, live music, and entertainment.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas must be rented through the onsite beach service.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holidays and Spring Break.
