ACCOMMODATIONS:

★Bedroom★
Sleep soundly on a plush king-size mattress with 4 pillows. The bedroom also includes a flat screen 50" 4k Samsung TV, ceiling fan, USB charging stations with 4 USB ports (2 USB C) and 8 outlets on each side of bed, dresser to store all your clothes, luggage rack, and an on-suite bathroom.

★Bunk Beds★
Two built-in twin bunk beds are tucked into the hallway—perfect for kids or extra guests! Each bed includes its own reading light, USB ports, and power outlet for added comfort and convenience.

★Kitchen★
The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and is equipped to cook a gourmet meal or just a TV dinner! Refrigerator, oven with glass cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, air fryer, a Keurig with a large selection of coffee and tea, along with sugars and creamers are all available. The kitchen also includes dish detergent, hand soap, and dishwasher tablets. Salt, pepper, cooking oils, sprays and spices are not included.

★Living Room★
Relax on the comfortable sofa (queen bed sleeper sofa) and extra cozy glider in the living room while enjoying the large 55" 4k TV with all sorts of streaming services (your login). Cable tv and fast Wi-Fi round out the entertainment options. Grab a blanket from the basket and cozy up on the couch on those cool beach nights!

★Bathrooms:
The bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers, hand soap at the sinks, hair dryer (and curling iron in the hallway bath), makeup removers, and bath linens. Extra linens are found in the vanity in each bathroom.

★Balcony:
True gulf front with completely unobstructed views. From the seventeenth floor, you will look straight out over the emerald water and sugar white sand of Panama City Beach. Morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply listening to the waves below. This is why you book beachfront.

★Resort★
Located at the Emerald Beach Resort, the resort contains everything you need for a top notch vacation: Beachfront pool, hot tub, and tiki bar, two additional pools, hot tub, shuffleboard, and grills next to the parking garage (these pools are perfect for little kids!), on-site Starbucks and sundry shop, ice cream and pizza shop, fitness center, game rooms, and Sky Bridge featuring a Sky Bar that overlooks Front Beach Road, and a beach kiosk for rentals and water sports. There is plenty to do to ensure your stay is full of fun filled days!

ADDITIONAL:
✔ Keypad entry allows check-in at any time after 4PM (24 hour check-in).
✔ Digital Guest Welcome Book with instructions, HOA rules and regulations, tips, and owner's recommendations.
✔ Beach/pool towels are provided for a relaxing day at the beach or pools.
✔ Bed linens include pillows, sheets, and blankets/comforters.
✔ Bath linens include bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

★ Required Resort Guest Registration ★
Emerald Beach Resort requires all guests to complete a resort registration prior to arrival. The resort charges a $25 per reservation guest registration fee. This fee provides garage access and access to all resort amenities. This fee is paid directly to the resort and is separate from your booking total. A secure registration link will be sent after booking so you can enter your guest and vehicle information and submit the required fee before arrival.

Parking Pass Requirement: The resort will email your garage gate code and parking pass after completing registration. The parking pass must be printed and displayed on your dashboard whenever your vehicle is parked in the resort garage. Digital copies on phones are not accepted by resort security.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo and all the resort amenities.

Other things to note
Photo ID must be provided within 48 hours of a confirmed reservation.

Wristbands are provided and must be worn whenever you are on the resort property, especially at the pools and the beach. Please return all wristbands to the dish on the kitchen counter. A $50 replacement fee per wristbands will be charged for any lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands.
