QUEEN sleeper sofa and a loveseat in the living room along with a NEW! 75" Smart TV. The guest bathroom also has a custom tile shower. On the patio are Adirondack chairs where you can sit and take in the amazing VIEW! This is our second visit with pelican walk and I was SO relieved to have a nice comfy bed this stay! It was clean and the ac worked well! I am very hot natured so when I found the box fan in the closet I was ecstatic! I have a 5 year old and a 7m old and we had plenty of room. The view from the room is so nice and the walk down to the beach with 2 kids was so convenient. Only complaint was the washer was leaving black marks on our clothes.

Can't beat the view

It's a first floor with an amazing patio and view with only a few steps to the beach. The grounds were kept very nice, and the staff were extra friendly the layout was great with us. Just for future guest the bed is firm, as we prefer softer. Only downside we had is I would recommend the cleaning company dust better because we dusted and cleaned under the furniture due to it causing both of us sinus issues after the first night, after that we loved our stay and will definitely be back next fall. thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

Kitchen faucet works but is broken Toilet in master bath needs tightened to the floor and new seat. All are minor issues but would have made the stay better.

Charming beach front condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff were super friendly. They were very helpful on places to eat and go. The condo we stayed in was wonderful. I liked the fact that I could open the sliding door and go on the beach. I would recommend to putting up a curtain in the bedroom window. Even though the blinds would be closed at night the porch light would shine through. We did expierence the water being turned off for a bit due to a pipe burst. They were on top of getting it fixed. Other than that everything was great. I can’t wait to visit again!

Enjoyed our Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on the ground floor unit and felt like we were on the beach! The walk to the beach was short and the unit was large and clean. The property was kept up nicely also. Our only complaint was that the property is not great for handicap as there are only two units on the ground floor with no steps to the pool and the only walkway to the beach without steps is through the sand and no boardwalk.

A few steps to nirvana

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was superbly decorated with all of the desirable items we needed for beach fun. Special features included a washer and dryer. It far exceeded the pictures on line, An inner courtyard with fountain greets you. Leather furniture rather than fabric was comforting as presenting a cleaner seat. Not so good was the dish washer was broken but I don't think previous renters knew or reported it as many of the dishes and utensils had food residue on them requiring hand washing before using. It would have been helpful to have dish washing liquid available to do that instead of our not being able to eat in the condo until we went shopping. Note to renters to bring dish liquid and laundry pods is recommended or you will have to buy a large quantity for just a few uses. Location of this condo on first floor was awesome and convenient. Very, very reasonably priced for our November visit with our son. If you have time I highly recommend a day trip to Harbor Walk in Destin and a long stroll around Water Color west of PCB. Hope we get a chance to stay here again.
