Pelican Walk 911 is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect beach vacation. There is a king bed in the bedroom with a private bath, a FULL bathroom for guests, a fully equipped kitchen which opens to a combination dining/living area and spacious Gulf-front balcony. Pelican Walk is located right on the beach close to all that PCB has to offer: restaurants, ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius.

Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis & pickleball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, gas & charcoal grill areas, and more!

Great little condo getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a great view on the 9th floor facing the beach. Sunsets were awesome to watch. The place was very clean when we arrived and had some basic provisions to get us started. The kitchen was well set up with pots pans and basics for cooking. Coffee maker and blender were clean and worked well. TVs are good size, one in the bedroom and one in the living room with surround sound. We were within a few minutes of dolphin cruises and restaurants. The Grand Marlin restaurant was awesome. Check in and out were easy and the staff was friendly. This condo had one bedroom and two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen around the balcony side toward the water. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple looking to get away to the beach.

The mattress was way to soft or worn out and very uncomfortable.

Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo was perfect for our short stay. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negative thing was that the condo smelled strongly of marijuana when we arrived and there was pot residue on the sofa table. Otherwise everything was very clean and well kept.
