Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was great! Minor problems was the floor was not clean still had sand everywhere and turned our bare feet black from walking around inside. The shower takes awhile to drain and fills up quick.

Shocked to find the umbrella and chairs were extra this year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a surprise to find out you have to pay for your umbrella and chairs!!! After 20 plus years of that service being part of your amenities, you find out when you go to the beach, that’s not the case anymore. Why don’t you just include that in the rental? And no place to park for our condo because of construction. But Seascape is awesome.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were very dirty inside of the condo. We couldn’t walk barefoot in the condo, feet turned black with just a minute or two of walking around. Plus we had a baby so we couldn’t allow her to crawl around on the floor. There was still sand all over the floors and kitchen counter when we arrived. The shower grout looked very dirty. The shower wouldn’t drain the first time we tried using it and the drain grate looked like it had junk caked in it. We couldn’t use the screened it patio because it was dirty, there was a dead frog on the floor and lots of spiders and other bugs on everything, the walls, tv, outdoor furniture. Every morning we would find several spiderscrawling on the walls or the floor. There was barely any parking because of the construction crews took up most of the parking with all of their materials and tools and there were some golf carts taking up spots when there was golf cart spots across the parking spaces. We tried using the pool twice in the evenings for our baby and young child to enjoy the pool but there was a drunk group of people that were being loud and cussing a lot both times we went.

Reviewer Comments: The unit is mostly clean, with no attention paid to the backpack one account of the swarm of mosquitos and pests that lie an inch thick on every surface out there. Under stocked kitchen,no glasses for drinking unless you drink wine and coffee. Location is great and bed was comfortable. Nice furniture, just need a better staff to keep up with kitchenware and cleaning duties.

A little disappointing

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a little disappointment with the rental of this unit. While the condo was mostly clean, there were a few elements that were hard to overlook, the Lanai was unusable, very dirty, mold, scum, over all surfaces. Dirty dishes in the cupboard. Floor had a thick film on it maybe from previous guests spraying sun screen. Linens were clean, but no mattress pad cover on the mattress which is a bit of a turnoff. Glass on slider dirty. Outside of condo under renovations, which is not an issue, but it would have been nice to be notified of this prior to booking. At $1,400.00 for plus $100 early check in charge, for 4 nights, I expected a little better. Unfortunately I tried to email several times during out stay, and I used the wrong email address.

2024 getaway at seascape

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was perfect, a good size for 2. We did experience renovations to the building which we were not aware of until our arrival. It was very noisy. Our bedroom window was removed, after completion of the job, the room was very dusty and the floor was covered with debris from the work, Sheetrock n insulation covered the floor. The casing boards for the new window was never put back on. I did call 4 times to come in and complete the task. It would have been nice to have the bedroom cleaned for us after that job. We were invaded with cockroaches; I believe the place was sprayed as we didn’t see any after my call. I’m hoping we have a completion of renovations next year as I enjoyed the unit very much.

Maintenance issue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A couple things we would like to communicate. The patio door handle was broke and loose so I had to tighten it up. It was difficult to open and close with the broken handle on the interior side. The bedroom seemed to have excessive humidity. We had the ceiling fan and a tabletop fan running but it was very humid. One other thing is that the floors and the condo in general seemed dirty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Great property just across the street from the beach. The dryer did not work well. The floors, screened patio, and the shower did not seem to be cleaned well. Aside from those minor things, the condo was very nice and in a walkable community.

Vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was cute and decorated nicely. We ran into an issue of the dryer not heating and it was reported on day one and no one ever came to fix it. When I would call to see if anyone was coming each day, no one would answer the phone unless I chose the option that I was trying to make a reservation and then someone answered quickly. I felt this was tacky. Not concerned with their current guests, but would answer if they thought they were about to book another condo. I have stayed at several of the lakeside condos over the years, but this was my first time booking directly through Seascape. This condo was not near as clean as the ones I’ve stayed at in the past. In the future I will go back to renting through my previous property manager and not through Seascape.
