Your arrival coincided with the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Isaias, when our teams were assessing storm damage, preparing homes, and working to safely accommodate arriving guests. Our records confirm that we communicated the cleaning delays and post-storm preparations on your arrival day, though we regret any frustration this caused. We also acknowledge the housekeeping concerns reported during your stay. While these were promptly forwarded to our team, our follow-up response fell short, and additional cleaning was completed on October 12. Regarding the hot tub, our team responded by assisting with the controls and checking the heating equipment.
