Located near all the best restaurants in town, this unit is located next to all the action!



The Space:

The views from Pelican Pointe condos are unbeatable! Floor to ceiling windows allow for unobstructed views !



This gulf front, 5th floor unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 recently updated bathrooms.



The master bedroom has 1 queen bed.

The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds.



The closets in each bedroom are huge, so there’s no worry about where to store all your gear.



The well-equipped, newly remodeled kitchen is ready for your family!

Guest Access:

Guest will have access to everything inside the unit, private balcony, indoor pool, outdoor, tennis courts, and beach!



The Neighborhood:

Pelican Pointe is centrally located to all the action in Orange Beach! Only 1 mile away from Publix, Walmart Neighborhood/Rouses grocery stores, Adventure Island, and some of the best restaurants in the Orange Beach area!



If you need to take a break from the beach, hop in the car for a 10 minute ride to enjoy the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, Tropic Falls Indoor Waterpark, OWA theme park, and more!



Getting Around:

Parking passes must be purchased on-site through the Security Guard at Pelican Pointe and are limited to 2 maximum per unit. They are $50/each (price may be higher for renters staying longer than 30 days) and can be paid via CASH OR CHECK ONLY.



Upon entering the front gate at Pelican Pointe, use a specific gate code which will be given to you after booking!. You can park anywhere in an open parking spot but must keep your parking pass on your dashboard throughout your stay to avoid being towed.



Other Things to Note:

After two years of post-Hurricane Ida construction and a crazy freak hailstorm, the construction workers are gone! Our building looks and feels brand new! (4/23)

Lovely stay

We were in town for a softball tournament in Foley and really enjoyed our stay. We had a minor issue with the door lock that the owner remedied so quickly, it wasn't even an inconvenience. We loved the balcony, the property is a great size, parking is easy, and it was a great stay.

It was a very nice stay. The only thing i dont agree with is the shutting the pools down at 10. My kids love to swim and just wish we could stay up later swimming.

Comfortable Stay - Nice Views

The property was as advertised, comfortable, and quiet. It’s in a great location and just steps from the beach. A few notes for guests: the dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes well, so check the dishes before you use them. We had to re-wash more than once. The washer is loud, so don’t plan to wash if you have a child napping, and the dryer takes multiple cycles to dry. We had an issue with the shower head and the property manager was quick to respond and repair it. Additionally, the WiFi in the room is pretty bad, even with the extender provided. The property manager had great communication and thorough notes to follow. The beds were more comfortable than expected, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the room is clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is that there was still some sand in the kitchen and someone’s prescription medication was in the floor in the bathroom. Overall, you won’t be disappointed if you stay here - it really is a great location, and the owners were pleasant to work with.

I typically never write reviews (good or bad), however during the check out process we had to purchase the insurance as it would not allow to opt out and when selecting opt out the screen would not advance so we had no choice as we really wanted to stay in this unit. The description did not advise up front the additional cost of the $30 parking pass per car. It doesn't make any sense to have to pay to park at a place that you are staying, not to mention, it is not advised up front. Further, the instructions advise that the air conditioner temp should not be below 70, however, no where is stated that the temp control has a remote lock on it and can not be set below 69, therefore, it was very unpleasant as the air conditioner does not seem to cool except in the living area. The couch and beds are not comfortable and really need to be updated. The unit per night with all the other outrageous additional charges was not worth the money. I will say that the unit is decorated nicely and the kitchen is very well equipped.
