. This house boasts seven bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living rooms. Please no bachelor parties. We pride ourselves on our relaxed family atmosphere. Cove and lake views from the back of the house. The house is located about 75 yards up a steep driveway from the lake. Our waterfront is on the end of a cove, which keeps it very calm at our shoreline. You won’t need to fight the crashing waves all day. Large swim platform on our 10 slip dock. You will typically have the entire swim platform and dock to yourself. The upper level of the home has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two full baths (one being the master), and four bedrooms. The lower level has an eat in kitchen with a cooktop but no oven, living room, one full bath, and three bedrooms. The lower level also has a washer and dryer available for guest use. The upper and lower levels can be separated by closing a door if you would like. You can enter from ground level in the front and back. There are only a few stairs to get on the front deck. The back deck is elevated as the property slopes down towards the water. Both kitchens come equipped with dishwashers and all utensils, pots/pans, plates, glasses, etc. Each level also comes with a smart television and free fiber optic Wi-Fi for our guests. Our property is a shared space totaling 13 acres. We have 4 seasonal RV sites and one other rental house. This house sits off to the side by itself. 32' covered boat slip and free use of our private boat ramp included. Our boat dock has a swim platform that measures approximately 10’x50’ with a ladder to get in and out of the water. We have 2 stand up paddle boards and 2 kayaks available to use free for our guests. We also have a large lake floating lilly pad provided. We are at the end of a private cove so no boat traffic will be near the swim area. Great fishing right from the dock. There is a rather steep paved road to get down to the water. It is less than a one minute walk. You can also drive your car down and park near the dock. Large not fenced private yard for activities. A maximum of 18 guests are allowed in the home. Pets may be allowed after approval. A large grocery store is just a 10 minute drive away and a gas station is only 5 minutes away. The Cave restaurant and pool bar is about 3 miles away. Ha Ha Tonka State Park is less than a 20 minute drive. Ozark Ampitheater is a 10 minute drive. Osage Beach is about a 25 minute drive. Walmart is a 15 minute drive. We are located on mile marker 32 of Lake of the Ozarks, very close to the four corners.
