Another Excellent Stay

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Birdie's Nest. The house was in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. The quiet neighborhood location, along with the convenience to the beach and bars and restaurants of Seaside made the visit even better.

Beautiful, impeccably clean, well-appointed home with everything needed to make for a fantastic stay! Owners / property managers were friendly and clearly pay attention to detail in supporting guests enjoyment, ensuring our stay was smooth and special. Location in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach / 30A and walking distance from restaurants and the Seaside community shops was especially convenient. No complaints! Would happily stay again!

Amazing vacation

This year was our third visit to this area and this home was our favorite by far. Beautifully decorated, plenty of space for our family, quiet area just off 30A with a short walk to the beach.

Best VRBO Stay

This was one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had. The property manager was extremely responsive. The property was in a perfect location. The pool was lovely. I would stay again!

Great family vacation

Beautiful accommodations. Convenient to beach, Seaside, grocery store, many restaurants. Fit our family of 10 (8 adults, 2 infants) very well. Definitely on a return list.

Extraordinary place to stay! 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a short drive (or bike ride) to local restaurants. Would stay again!

Can’t wait to stay here again. Close to the beach, seaside and the heated pool was a hit. Beautiful inside and out on a quiet street.

Wonderful trip

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. It is close enough to walk to Seaside and to the beach but far enough off the main road to reduce the traffic and noise.

Beautiful house, great location and great property management.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our bachelorette weekend! The location is perfect with just a quick walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and serene. Great communication from Exclusive 30A which made our stay worry free.

Short walk to the beach and an easy walk or bike ride to Seaside for shopping or dining. One block off 30A makes it a nice quiet area except for the new home construction going on during the day in the neighborhood. Loved the layout of the house and the porches! Very clean, updated, and well designed home! Pool tanning ledge was great for the toddlers and the fire pit was also nice to enjoy in the evening. Loved the fact that the Gardiner neighborhood beach access #24had no parking except for bikes…so while it was technically a public beach access we had a very large section of beach mostly to ourselves which was extremely nice. Downside was that we had to call for beach chair setup a half hour before we were going every day because nobody was assigned to work that section of the beach. It had been over 10 years since we visited 30A and we found the beaches and water to still be some of the most beautiful, clean white sand, and crystal clear water in the continental U.S. which is why we brought our toddler grandchildren here. However it was sad to see that the traffic and congestion from the commercialization and extensive new home construction plus the addition of golf carts made this section of 30A way more noisy and dangerous to navigate. I think that is why we liked the location of this home even more since it was 1 block off 30A and had easy access to Hwy 395. Overall this home was just perfect for our family and it was a fantastic vacation!!!

Family vacation at the beach

Our extended family of 7 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well appointed home. We enjoyed the pool, the 4 bikes, and having the separate space of the carriage house. The beds are very comfortable. The property is only a short walk from the beach and a short bike ride from Seaside square. We would definitely stay here again.

INCREDIBLE PROPERTY and location!

Heavenly beds, fully equipped kitchen, on site oasis with heated pool and outdoor fire pit, safe, comfortable and extremely Tidy! Excellent communication from management who offer assistance with any needs or amenities you may desire. Great place to escape with family and friends and make meaningful, long lasting memories! Immaculate, kitchen stock was the best I've ever seen! Great accommodations for our 4 couples. Short walk to the beach. The only negative was we couldn't say longer :)

Summer 2023 family vacation

The place was perfect for us. Kids and spouse came and mom and I were able to have our own place in the carriage house to go to bed early if we wanted. Richard went above and beyond helping us get set up and took care of any needs we had.

Beach House Bliss!!

This home is absoultely gorgeous and decorated to perfection. The temperpedic mattress top was like home! There is everythin you need in this home. It is a short walk to the beach and Seaside Center. The pool is beautiful. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. By far our favorite rental and can't wait to return!! Thank you!

Amazing family vacation!

We absolutely loved our family vacation. So much that we didn’t want to leave. It’s the perfect location but is about 3 blocks from the beach. Home decor was beautiful and bedding and linens were very comfortable. Home is in a private location and upscale neighborhood. Back yard and pool was a plus. However, pricing to heat the pool was excessive. This should be inclusive given the rental price. We loved this rental and will be back.
