We would love to welcome you to Seabreeze Cottage located just 3 miles north of Tarpum Bay on the beautiful island of Eleuthera. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the place for you to relax on your own private beach that runs along the property or enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas through swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or just floating with the tide. Escape the hustle and bustle and embrace what Eleuthera has to offer. There are many attractions on Eleuthera to enjoy, including blue holes, caves, and the world-famous glass window bridge.

Wonderful location (right on the beach). Also a relatively central location from which to explore Eleuthera.The home has lots of space (you don't feel cramped).Very private ...you often have the beach to yourselves.Host responds quickly to any questions or concerns (strives to please).

Great Place in Gregory Town

The house was clean and very comfortable. We fished while we were there and it was a perfect location to the flats north of the island. I would definitely stay again.

Property was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was fine if you had a vehicle. Although the beach was nice, it wasn't really good for swimming. But to be fair, the tide was out when we went.

Comfortable, Spacious, and well located

Barbara’s house is very old-time comfortable with ample big furniture, plenty of storage, big kitchen, lots of equipment, good AC, and she communicates quickly with any questions you have. Even though it is on the main road, it is set back and quiet. The beach is a bit away, and the view from the house is basically water, but it is very private. If I were to suggest any improvements it would be to brighten up the place with some color, and update where needed. Also, some written directions about the house and area would be good. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay for two couples or a family.

Our stay at Seabreeze was amazing. The beach and water in front of the property was clean and full of colour. The locals were super friendly and Neeks eats is just down the street for local food. I wouldn’t recommend driving at night but day time driving is quite manageable once you get used to driving on the left. The cottage was roomy clean and had everything needed for our trip, including kayaks. A car is essential for exploring this beautiful island so many beaches and things to see. Barbara was very easy to reach by text and responded quickly to questions. Totally recommend this property. 10 out of 10

Quiet and Comfortable

The property is set off the main highway making it easy to find but there is very little traffic so highway noise is not a problem. The beach is a great walking and swimming beach. The water is relatively shallow allowing one to walk out 50 yards or so and being only waist deep. It would be perfect for those who like to just swim or sit in the cool water. It would also make a great place for beginning snorkelers. There is a "chickee" at the waters edge to sit or lie in the rope hammock and look out at the peaceful ocean. Additional furniture would there would be nice. The house is very comfortable and well laid out with an open design of the kitchen and living area. The double screened doors allow the ocean breeze through the house. The house has a sitting porch in the front and back so you can always stay out of the sun! There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after being in the ocean. Eleuthera is a very rural island so dont expect there to be lots to see or do except visit different beaches. There are no casinos, resorts, etc.in this area. However, if you are looking for secluded beaches and friendly people then you will like this place. There is a relatively decent market (island wise) about 2 kilometers away in Tarpum Bay and a bigger one in Rock Sound (a 20 minute drive). We have rented close to 50 VRBO homes all over the world (we love traveling!) and the host, Barbara Carey, was the best and the quickest to respond to any questions we had by far
