Parlay at Sunset is a large 5 Bedroom (sleeps 11), 3 Bathroom beachfront vacation rental on the beautiful island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. Located on the calm, clear waters of Eleuthera's Caribbean side you can spend hours playing on the beach, snorkeling in the clear shallow waters or just soaking in the warm Bahamian sunshine. The beach at Parlay at Sunset is absolutely stunning. The usually calm 'Caribbean' blue waters are perfect for kayaking, snorkeling and diving. The sandy beach is miles long and filled with amazing seashells, large and small, all waiting to be collected and treasured.

We loved staying at this home on Eleuthera. The house was spacious, with a beautiful outdoor sun room to hang out in. The beach is right in your backyard, with plenty of amazing water sport equipment to use. My family of 11 (including 1 4 year old) had a great family vacation stop here. Perfect place to relax!

We were a group of 5 senior women spending a week in Parley at Sunset. Beautiful house, looked like the photos in the listing. The setting is great. We spent a lot of time in the water - you do NEED water shoes as there are some rocks and lots of shells which you want protection for. It's a great place if you're into shelling, as there are lots of them. The kitchen was ultra stocked in kitchenware and there were lots of towels, snorkling equipment, extra water shoes, but sprays, etc. The Bahama Room was by far the best room of the house. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation you won't want to leave.

Eleuthera Vacation

We were very pleased with our stay at Parlay Sunset! It was a beautiful spot on the calm side of the island. It was so nice to have our own beach! The property was well taken care of. The cottage had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay!

Loved Parley at Sunset

We had a blast staying here, our first time on Eleuthera. The beach in front of the house was the best of anywhere on the island. We're coming back next year and hope to stay at the same house. Thank you for renting us your place.

We enjoyed our stay at Parlay Christmas week. We are a family of 6 adults, and 9, 4, 2 year olds and 6 month old. The space was clean, plenty of towels, lots of dishware, even a Christmas tree:). Our littles enjoyed the playroom. The Roku allowed us to log into our own Netflix and Prime. The house front on a main street with some traffic so we were careful the kids did not use the front door. The backyard was gorgeous! Sand and sun, lots of lounge chairs. A few beach toys. Bring water shoes for all because during low tide the beach is 5 feet of coral before sand. When the tide comes up, the littles could wade shoeless along the shore. Enjoyed the kayaks, life jackets, and snorkel gear. We drove an hour and 15 minutes to visit the Glass Window Bridge, which was cool and included a stop at Queens Bath, then lunch at the little roadside Delish Roadside restaurant, which was nice, but wow the food in the Bahamas is expensive. Every restaurant charges 15% tip plus 10% VAT on top of menu price. So glad we packed meat for three meals and lots of dry goods. The no-seeums are a force to be reckoned with, so glad we brought picaridin wipes and Deep Woods. Shop at Duty Free in Nassau for liquor - half the price of island booze. Got the rest and decompression we needed! hope we can return to explore the island more.

House and beach are outstanding!!! Very relaxing and beautiful. Attention to detail was evident and much appreciated. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Thank you for a wonderful weekend! The four of us will carry the memories with us and we hope to return again.

Located on the private beach (100+ meters both ways until next properties) , clean, perfectly maintained property. Everything that you need for your vacation is there. Will definitely be back.

Tarpon Bay Beach Paradise

The property was so beautiful and made you never want to leave! We enjoyed snorkeling in the crystal clear water right outside the backdoor and stargazing under the clear starlit sky while listening to the waves crash just feet from us. We could not have asked for a more peaceful and serene place to be! Diana the owner and Charles the property manager were so kind and helpful the entire trip from start to finish which made a perfect experience even better than we could have ever imagined. We can’t wait to come back!

Great trip

The property was amazing, everything we needed. The beach loungers were broken but the property manager wasn’t aware and I’m sure will be replacing those. Beautiful house and property!

Perfect for family with small kids

We loved this house and especially the screened in porch were we spent every morning and evening. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We were six adults and 2 kids under 6 and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Charles for making it easy and a very relaxing stay.

Parlay at Sunset

Parlay at Sunset was a great stay. There were a few minor hiccups from the previous renters, but Charles the property manager took care of things within a timely manner. We had a wonderful stay, and the private beach area was serene and blissful. My family had fun shell hunting. I recommend Parlay at Sunset for your Tarpum Bay stay.

Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) had a great time at Parlay at Sunset. The house was a great size and layout for our group and was very well positioned for exploring beaches to the north and south.

Nice get away

We stayed at Parlay at Sunset 11/12-11/17. The home is huge and beautiful! I was almost sad we had such a large space for 3 people... almost! The yard and beach are gorgeous!We never saw anyone else on the "private" beach. Charles made sure we were well taken care of and even brought us homemade punch and rum! We will be back!!

We love Parlay at Sunset

Quiet,tranquil, your very own private beach. Close to Rock Sound airport. Close to groceries. Love all the locals and Eleuthera Tours with Captain Donald is a must. Our second time there and sure to be more. Charles was great and quick with all of our needs. Love,love this place!!!

Family vacation

The house was clean the house manager was very responsive, I highly recommend using chef Keva she was very sweet and a great cook! The use of the cars was wonderful made getting around very easy. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Right on the beach!

What I loved best about this property is the location - a bungalow right on Tarpum Bay. The ocean is alive here, we saw dolphins, manta rays, jacks and lots of other fish. Excellent snorkeling and kayaking. Thanks to hosts Diana and Ryan, and thanks to caretakers Ken, Audrey and Kevin for taking such good care of my family and I.

Wonderful respite in southern Eleuthera

We had just a short stay in Tarpum Bay and rented this wonderful property. The beach was great and the amenities were very good. The location is a bit remote which we like but may not be for everyone. The house was extremely comfortable and catered to the children which was wonderful. Would certainly go back here again for a longer period in the future. We love Eleuthera !!!!

Great house and beach

This property is perfect for families looking for a quiet place to enjoy time together and the beautiful waters of the Bahamas. The property manager was super helpful and always responded immediately. The house is equipped with everything you need - kayaks, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, and much more!! We will definitely be back again!

While we live in the greater Toronto area we have always loved the beaches of Mexico and the Caribbean. Eleuthera is a beautiful island filled with the softest pink sand beaches in the world and the warmest and friendliest people you will ever meet.

We have had the fortune of being able to travel throughout the Caribbean and Mexico over the years. In 2014 we stayed on Eleuthera for a week and absolutely fell in love with it. When we found this beautiful home was for sale we made our dreams of owning our own beach home a reality. Now, we wish to share it with families looking to make memories of their own. We hope you choose to spend your vacation with us at Parlay at Sunset.

Privacy is a precious thing while you are on vacation. If you are like us you do not necessarily enjoy being crowded into an all-inclusive resort with a thousand other people. If you like waking up to the birds chirping and the sound of the waves gently lapping against own private beach then Parlay at Sunset is the place for you. With miles of beachfront in both directions, you can go days without seeing another person walk by. Unwind and relax at this oasis.
