The very private and secluded Saline Reef Villa in Cap Estate is bright and modern with a beach house feel and panoramic ocean views. The 3 BR, 3.5 BA villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with numerous gateways to destinations for dining, reading and sunning or quiet contemplation. The spacious Great Room with an entertainment center, vaulted ceilings, large windows and convenient powder room, opens to the pool, patio and covered porch via four sets of double French doors. The springy lawn welcomes bare feet and features four comfortable vintage French loungers perfect for sunsets and star-gazing. Steps away are beautifully landscaped private grounds with furnished sea-view areas to enjoy sun or shade, including a seaside BBQ/dining spot.

Each of the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (two seaside) has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower seaside suite has direct pool access via a furnished covered porch. The upper seaside suite has a furnished private balcony. Adjoining the seaside suites is the double-deck gazebo with private seating and 180ā° views. A well-equipped eat-in kitchen on the upper level frames sparkling seascapes through the large, custom-designed windows. Saline Reef Villa is minutes from two 18-hole golf courses (Cabot and Sandals), beaches, full-service marina, shopping, dining and activities in Rodney Bay.

Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful - Easy to relax! Villa is very clean and well maintained. We definitely recommend this villa, the staff and Blue Sky Luxury are extremely friendly and professional. Margueritte was delightful and very professional as well.

Views from Saline Reef were fantastic. Better than the pictures! Property was clean and well-kept. Angel, Alfie and the rest of the staff were excellent. We really enjoyed the pool and all the great outdoor space the property had to offer. The drive from the airport is a bit lengthy but it's worth the drive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our holiday has been absolutely fantastic. Margueritte has taken care of every detail for us, from arranging taxis to organizing boat trips, and the car rental company was equally exceptional. The staff at Saline Reef are truly wonderful people, and they have made our stay absolutely perfect. A big thank you to everyone involved.

Best Property We Have Stayed At

WOW....is all I can say! The property was absolutely amazing! The pictures are exactly as described! The views are outstanding and the house is stocked with everything you need! Angel, Alfie, Juliana, Oliver are awesome! Always eager to help with anything you may need and Margueritte is only a phone call away. There is an alarm system for extra security though we did feel safe! We were 2 couples and were very comfortable in the home (at times we didn't even know where the other was because there is so much space to just sit and relax on your own!!). If we needed anything (last minute fishing request, dinner made, taxi cab, car rental, drive into town) everyone at the home and Margueritte were quick to accommodate! All in all, our vacation was wonderful, St. Lucia is beautiful and this property is stunning! BOOK IT! :-)

Simply Breathtaking!

The villa has a ā€œmillion dollarā€ view, as described in the marketing brochures. It was simply breathtaking! The grounds were well maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodations were comfortable, although the aesthetics are in need of an update. Aside from that, we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful, especially when the toilets had difficulty flushing (stopped working), and there was no water even in the taps, for a morning. However, it was resolved very quickly while we were out. The villa was difficult to find initially which caused a lot of stress after a long day traveling. A miscommunication occurred when an email from property management, (detailing the directions) was not received by myself but was later found in my spam folder, which led to our getting lost and therefore checking in much later than planned. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
