Welcome to Searenity! This will be your serene vacation experience along the pristine beaches of 30A with no crowds and a private community beach. We are located in 7 Palms, a 7-unit townhome complex nestled within the single-family homes along Pelican Circle, a private development south of 30A along the Gulf of Mexico, Camp Creek coastal dune lake and next to Watersound. We are located between Seacrest Beach and The Hub, which offers numerous choices for shopping, dining, and entertainment for the entire family.

A little more about our two-bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse:
• Covered parking for two cars underneath the townhome.
• Fully appointed kitchen.
• Open living and dining room area that opens to a private deck – perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the summer breezes and spectacular sunsets.
• The living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa and a guest half bathroom.
• Top floor has a Master Bedroom with a king size bed, its own bathroom, and a private balcony (perfect for enjoying coffee every morning!). The top floor also has a guest bedroom with a king bed and its own bathroom.

The private beach and boardwalk are steps from the back deck along a park-like shady setting back yard with benches, grills and an outdoor shower.

Enjoy your 1-minute walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach along a shady raised boardwalk. Easy access along that same boardwalk takes you to Camp Creek Lake, a rare coastal dune lake. There, you can launch your kayak from the community dock which has a kayak platform. The lake extends both north and south of 30A for lots of exploration opportunities.

We offer beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, and various beach toys for your enjoyment. Also included with the rental is a starter kit of amenities including two rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, two dishwasher pods, two trash can liners, two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, and two laundry detergent pods. Six body towels, six washcloths, and two hand towels per bathroom are also provided. A coffee maker and filters are also provided.
