Memorial Day Weekend Stay

We had a great time at the Holiday House! Great location and the house/property are as advertised. The host is easy to communicate with. We hope to rent again!

We arrived to the Holiday House and checked-in with ease. The home was clean and waking up to the peaceful lake view every morning with a cup of coffee was the best! We fished off the dock every day and caught lots of healthy catfish. We made smores by the fire pit, grilled on the back patio and relaxed on the comfy couch with TV each night. The Jenga game was an added bonus! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Amazing oasis!

We had the best weekend at this home! The property had everything and was just such a great place to stay! Communication with the owner was top notch and I recommend this home to everyone! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

This property is very good; we had a memorable and exciting time during our stay. Well maintained home with a gorgeous view, perfect getaway spot. The hosts were very nice and responsive. I plan on coming back and highly recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing/fun retreat.

Beautiful Water Views!

My husband and I needed a long weekend away from work--this house was perfect for relaxing. It has everything you would need! We spent most of our time on the back deck just reading and watching the boats and birds. Highly recommend!

Our second trip to Holiday House was just great. The owners keep a clean well kept house. We enjoyed our 5 days and wish it could be longer. Once you get there, there really is no reason to leave but if you do, everything is close and convenient. We will be going for a third time soon.

Holiday Weekend at the Lake

We had a wonderful weekend with friends. The house was easy to find, easy to access, had nice curb appeal, and was a perfect set up for a weekend at the lake. The back porch was the most fabulous place to enjoy the mornings watching the activity on the lake. The hosts were very accommodating, and the house was well stocked with goodies. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms.

Family reunion for eclipse

This place is amazing! The furnishings are classy, neat, and complete. All of our needs were met. It was fun to visit family on the patio as well as inside. The lake, even on the weekend, wasn’t very busy with boats. We enjoyed watching the eclipse from here.

Family and cousins get together.

Overall experience was great. The view from the back is spectacular. Had everything we needed. While we didn’t use any of the lake toys, there was plenty there to have fun with and the lake. Would definitely come back, and we have one of our cousins that took the information down for a future family stay. Thanks for a great weekend.

Beautiful Property on the Water

This place had it all! We were looking for a place for our family and some friends to go and relax at a lakehouse when we came upon this listing. The pictures didn't do the property justice, as everything felt brand new and extremely clean! Working with the owner was easy and the check-in process was a snap. The views from the back porch and the dock are just incredible. We all had a great time and will go back again.

A great trip with the family.Beds were comfortable. Firm, which I was initially very concerned about due to past experiences at other places but it was great. No aches or pains. Water levels were about 4' lower than what's pictured but we went in mid summer so it was expected. Our littles were still able to swim so it was actually perfect. We fished, nothing bit due to warm water levels but again kids enjoyed casting out and that's all we cared about. Made use of kayak and large floating pad. The swing was nice for the littles. Back porch was great, very nice strong cross breeze felt amazing. Kitchen was good, couch was comfortable. I really liked the scents of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Water pressure was good. Water got plenty hot rather quickly. Toys were perfect for my kiddos to play with. Conveniently very close to main road but heard zero road noise. All in all great. Any thing that was less than absolute perfection I notified owner about. Just small improvements and he was very responsive assuring. One small thing is the propane. Considering the overall price, I do feel that out of the two tanks at least one should have been filled and included for convenience. Like I said, small, no huge deal. Thanks for a great time and the family memories made.

Holiday House..Is a Holiday for sure.

Holiday House was more than we could hope for. being our first time on Cedar Creek Lake we searched house after house. Finding Holiday House was the last stop, we were hooked. The owners communicated with us quickly and answered every single question.....multiple times. It was a quick trip and the location was perfect and right on the lake. They had all the toys with a perfect view. Six days was not enough, we will be back. Thank you guys for a great experience on the lake.

Great Sunset

We stayed for Christmas, home was beautiful, clean and the sunset over the water was unbelievable. I would suggest, softer beds and for holidays, have more cooking items and since it was Christmas, i thought it would have been a Christmas. I had to go get a Christmas Tree. Can't have Christmas without a Christmas tree. I will stay again.

Awesome lakefront home

Place was amazing and very relaxing. Better than the pictures. Clean and beautifully decorated. Huge fenced yard that leads directly to the huge covered porch and deck (we caught 6 fish without even trying!). Husband and kids used the kayak, paddleboard and grandkids used the lily pad float device. Comfortable beds, robes, slippers (and bathroom things we always forget) were provided. We played a few of the provided board games and cornhole at night. Enjoyed the extensive coffee bar in the morning. Would book again.
