Adventure awaits at this gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanview condo in Fernandina Beach, Florida!

Located on the north side of beautiful Amelia Island, this oceanview complex is situated closely to Main Beach, as well as such attractions as Fort Clinch State Park and Historic Downtown Fernandina. Bracing sea breezes and stunning views greet you as you arrive at the door of this third-floor unit. Decorated tastefully in bright, beachy tones, which highlight the incredible hardwood flooring that runs throughout the living areas, you will immediately feel the appeal of this space. Large windows face out towards the ocean, allowing an abundance of natural light into the condo and carrying through the 180-degree views that can be seen from the ocean-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy one of the brilliant sunrises that our island is known for or relax in the evening with a good book and a glass of wine. Either way, you will not be disappointed.

This condo does include a gym and pool on the premises.

This Ocean Park condo features two spacious bedrooms, both outfitted with large, comfortable beds and luxury linens, as well as two fully updated bathrooms. The master bathroom additionally features a large walk-in shower and double sink vanity. The main living space offers an open-concept kitchen, dining, and common area for easy conversation and entertainment. Enjoy cooking in this beautiful and fully-equipped kitchen, which includes every comfort to make you feel right at home.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

This property offers a streaming service.

We ask that all guests complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.

There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

Pleasant Weekend Getaway

Everything was great: communication with rental agency, seamless check-in, clean property & no major issue. One minor issue (1 parking pass instead of 2), which was related to the rental agency but never got a response, but I would probably use them again in the future. Thank you!

Ocean Park

One of our favorite properties in Amelia because of the prooximity to the beach and to downtown. It was very clean which helps you feel more at home. Great stay!

Ocean Park Condo

The condo was very nice and clean, it was furnished nicely and had everything for a great vacation. The Ocean Park property was well maintained and a close walk to the beach.

Absolutely perfect!

We have stayed at ocean park before. This was our first time renting this particular unit and it exceeded our expectations! Unit has everything you need and very clean/organized! Owner does not have extra clutter which we appreciate because it gives us room to unpack. Furniture was so comfortable and we all slept great every night! Easy walk to the beach (and basketball courts— my son loved that!). 1 week was not enough time. We hope to be back next February!

First time

We are from South Carolina but usually choose to vacation in Destin. We opted to try Amelia Island this year and was not disappointed. The room was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. We really loved the 5 minute walk to the beach and the convenient shower located along the path. We also took advantage of the clean pool every day. There were great restaurants close by and all of the staff were very accommodating. It was a great vacation experience and we would definitely return.

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide beach condo

This is a Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hide stay. The inside was very nice and the outside leaves something to be desired. First, let me say this was a very nice condo. Good location. It is clean and Well-appointed and has a fantastic unobstructed view. The pool was clean and easily accessible. Even though there are some negatives, I would stay here again. The trek to the beach was a little far, about 3 blocks, but not overwhelming. Parking is scarce close to the beach, so be aware, you may have to walk. We loaded the car and brought our stuff down to the beach access. Then one person drove the car back to the condo and walked back to the beach. Now for the minus. There was concrete dust on every walkway. Orange paint marks randomly on the walls. The water pressure was awful. The building was under some kind of construction with sketchy 2X4s attached to various parts of the building. There were holes cut into the walkway covered by small pieces of plywood. It was a bit unnerving having to walk by 2X4s connected to the building outside the condo and dodge holes in the walkway. Also, the construction workers trucks were constantly blocking the parking lot. Frankly, It was a mess. Lastly, only one of the elevators was working. This makes arriving and departing quite daunting. Having to haul your stuff up three flights of stairs. For the price, the exterior should have been better, but all-in-all we made the best of it and had a great time.

Great place!

Fabulous condo and very clean. I was concerned due to a prior review, but it was remedied before our stay. The condo was bigger than we expected and the furniture seemed new. This condo would be our first choice if we came again due to the interior, the view, and the towels/beach stuff.

Misrepresented with images of another unit and some minor issues.

The condo was new to the rental agency and it was clear they did not know the unit and had not gone through it (see below). Images used were from a different unit and it was not disclosed that it was the case (which is the reason for the two-star review). Pictures showed unit having queen sized bed in one room & king in the other and unit we got had twins in one room. Furniture was all different too as was window size, views, etc. For example, dining table was about 2/3rds the size of what would comfortably fit in the space, the owners just found something to fill the spot with no thought as to appropriate fit. The unit was clean and quiet. There were several minor things (that would not have merited any reduction in overall rating outside of the misrepresentation of using pictures from a different unit). Shower heads were cheap plastic and when we arrived, one was not installed, there just a pipe was sticking out of the wall. They fixed it the next day. No blackout shades so east side of condo got a lot of early sunlight (which we liked but others might not). Sparsely furnished. One shelf in fridge fell out almost every time door opened...just lots of little minor repair type things that alone were not a major problem but showed that the unit was new to the agencies portfolio and they had not looked at it prior to listing. Honestly, lots of minor corners cut which for a unit in this range per night total, should not have been. Layout of the grounds was interesting, it is a very long walk to visitor parking. The assigned garage door never worked, we tried entering the code numerous times and ways so we ended up using visitor parking for the stay which was a good ways away. We didn't care, it is Florida! Anyone with mobility issues, it's a problem for, however. There is an access ramp from visitor parking but older renters or someone needing a walker, etc should know about the distance. There are elevators and stairs available at the building. There is a fun restaurant a very short distance, we spent a couple of evenings over there. The beach is great for walking but a mysterious military operation was happening just north of the location and if you took one step onto that beach, security was quick to arrive...it was pretty wild. Overall, two upscale hotel room would have been a better choice for us. This was a decent place but definitely a fighting-class or two below its price point (other issues aside).
