Our brand new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a fully stocked kitchen is perfect for large groups that like to have a variety of things to do within minutes of home base. Our home is centrally located just minutes to Gulf Shores, The Wharf, and the Flora-Bama line. This place offers upscale finishes with beach accents that you'll simply love! Look no further, come host a fun company retreat, wedding group or family vacation.

THE SPACE
Open the door to a wide open living room, dining room and bar that leads into the kitchen, loft overlooks the living/dinging room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms down the hall, with an additional bunk bed room upstairs. We designed this home to have a combination of comfort, style and FUN! Home comes fully furnished including 7 beds, TV's in every room, stocked kitchen, dining room, bunk room with games for the kids, and more.

Walk outside and be in the water within minutes. Or head across the street to the Arcade, Adventure Island, Bubbas Seafood, and Souvenir City. Just minutes to Gulf Shores' Hangout Bar and Grill, Coastal, Flora-Bama and The Wharf. Publix and Walmart are just minutes down the road. This is the perfect location for your vacation.

Cute little condo!

This condo is so cute with the upstairs balcony as a kids area. The HOA folks seem to take everything *very* seriously so make sure you follow all their little rules. Some minor cosmetic fixes could be made (like missing towel holder, etc) in the condo but overall a very nice place to stay! It’s a 2-min walk to the beach boardwalk and you don’t have to cross any major roads.

Great Place for Family

This condo was a very nice place for our Family, we enjoyed the amount of room and it was nearly completely stocked with supplies, so we didn’t half to make those runs back and forth to the store. We will definitely book again!

Great Family Option

We were extremely pleased with the condo and location. The space was perfect for our family. We were close to attractions on rainy days but our section of the beach was not as crowded as others. Made our vacay a breeze!

Could not be better

Brendan was very helpful when we were planning our trip, and we loved our stay! The pictures are exactly what you can expect, but we felt that they under-sold themselves with regards to location and view from the balcony. You absolutely have an expansive view of the ocean and you can hear the waves. You can even see the beach condition flags from there, too. Bring some binoculars and look for the grey king bird nest in the palm tree in front of the balcony. It's an easy drive to Walmart, DG, Rouse's, Publix, and Walgreens, and you can walk to the arcade and many gift shops. Despite all the larger condos around, it was super quiet, and the beachfront was not crowded. The beach access is really close, and there are a few outdoor showers available. All the beds were really comfy, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We were blessed by the extra beach items left behind on the patio (skim boards, boogie board, 2 beach chairs, some toys), but there were 7 of us, so we recommend going with Alabama Beach Chairs. They are super responsive and reasonable.

The condo was clean and updated. The decor was very nice. The balcony has pretty furniture with a nice view. The kids enjoyed staying in the loft area with the 4 bunk beds. We liked that it was a short distance to the beach.

3 Great Days

The property was as listed. We enjoyed the porch and the ring game. We appreciated the Keurig and extra coffee pods. The condo was very convenient to the pool and to the beach. We had enough space to move around. The property was clean and inviting, and the host responded quickly to messages.

Over and Above!

The unit was even better than the photos! It was fully stocked, we weren’t missing anything for the week. The owner was super kind and really easy to communicate with. They allowed us to get in a little early when we arrived in town early and when we had an AC issue they were quick to find a solution. We highly recommend this unit and can’t wait to stay again next year!!

Super Clean, Fully Stocked and Great Location!

We loved our stay at this condo. The decor was perfect and the owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable including shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms and hand soap. There was even a small stock of essential spices which was nice! The bedrooms had comfy mattresses and nice sheets and even nice soft throws. The upstairs loft bedroom is super cute with bunkbeds and was a nice hangout for my 11-year-old but note it may be a bit small for adults. The partial view of the beach was nice from the large porch and the walk to the beach was super fast and very convenient! This condo is also located in a great spot on Orange Beach with several of our favorite restaurants (The Gulf and Fishers) just a short drive away.

Our stay

We stayed Friday - Monday. Property was very clean. The property was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. I am very particular due to my son having severe allergies and my daughter having asthma. The sliding glass door didn’t lock, which caused concern for me because I had a 4 year old with me. The stairs could be improved my 70 grandma took the stairs and parts of the stair case doesn’t have a railing to hold. The pool could been improved. Lights didn’t work around the pool. But, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and layout!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The kids enjoyed having the loft area to themselves and we (3 married, adult couples) enjoyed having our own rooms! The only thing that would have made this more perfect would be another bathroom, but we made it work! The location is fantastic for beach or pools days. It’s close to a lot of local shops and restaurants. The back porch is great for relaxing with nice views and comfy furniture. The only negative I have is it could use some TLC. There are broken towel holders and toilet paper roll holders in both bathrooms. The vents all needed a nice cleaning. So did all the baseboards. Neither of these things stopped us from enjoying the property or our trip, though!

The property is very well maintained and very close to the beach (just a short walk away). The kids loved the bunk-beds and arcade system. The owners were responsive to questions we had prior to booking and immediately after. The parking space is a bit awkward, as it has two poles on one side of it and can be a bit tight if there's a larger vehicle parked on the opposite side, so be mindfil if you be in anything bigger than maybe a crossover. There was visitor parking right across from the assigned space that we were able to use for the duration of our stay withoit any problems though (we had a 15 passenger van). This may not be as available during the busier months though (we went during Spring Break). I would definitely keep this property top of mind for future trips.

Multiple problems

While my family did have a good stay, we arrived to many issues. 1. Elevated broke twice while we were there and the inspection was expired. Big issue when yoi are on the 3rd floor with senior parents and a kid with cerebral palsy. Broke on the last day trying to load the car in the pouring rain. 2. Towel bars were broke in both bathrooms. 3. One of the bedroom doors was ripped off the hinges and could not be closed. 4. Draws in the kitchen were dirty. 5. Master bedroom and a large stain on the sheets near the head of the bed. 6. The quiet hours were not observed and one of the neighbors smoked pot several times so it stank outside. 7. The neighs across the street were having their driveway redone so nearly all the extra parking spaces were taken up tlby their trucks and equipment making parking a nightmare Positives 1. The owner informed me before arrival that the microwave was broke and always had a scheduled repair. 2. You could see a good junk of the beach and hear the ways. 3. The kids LOVED the upstairs with its seating and games. 4. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans. 5. The beach was a short walk and had plenty of shells. 6. Businesses were close and conveniently located.
