Capitola Venetian Beach House #4 - Beachfront - 3-day min

This beach front property is one of the very best in all of Capitola or Santa Cruz. It was completely rebuilt a few years ago and is in absolutely great shape. It has a flat screen TV, free internet, and a great access to the beach. If you do have to finish a little work when you arrive, you can access the internet while you are out in front of the beach home enjoying the view.

Enjoy the sun, sea, and sand out your front door and don't miss the shopping and dining all within walking distance. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably and has a fully equipped kitchen. We provide linen and towels that will be washed for you after your departure.

This condo has been in the family for many years. We completely remodeled the condo a few years ago and it is one of the very best available. With the beach as our 'family room' and the ocean our playground, this is where we have made some of our fondest family memories. We are sure you will build many memories of your own that you will enjoy and cherish.

While you are here, BBQ on the beach to the sounds of the crashing waves and listen to the music of the Fog Bank restaurant band being played from across the lagoon. Stroll to the village for homemade ice cream at the Polar Bear Ice Cream shop or just stroll down to the end and check out the view.

In the morning, drop by Mr. Toots Coffee house for your AM pick-me-up. Then wander over to Zelda's for a tasty breakfast. This is only if you decide not to make your own breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen. Make sure you walk off your delicious meal by browsing the many wonderful shops in the Capitola Village. Be sure to check out the Rainbow City Limits Store to view their great selection of kites and other fun activities for the kids.

These historic homes are part of the unique charm of Capitola. Our families have built many memories over the years and are sure you will do the same.

Cancellation Policy - Oct 1 - April 30 - 50% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.
May 1 - Sept 30 - No refund unless re-rented. $250 fee.

Women's Weekend

Place is clean and has everything you need. The owner is quick to respond when I had some questions. Love that there's easy keypad entry. Can't beat the location.

Perfect beach side home

This property was wonderful! We stayed two nights over NYE. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t need it until we left because everything was so walkable. The home is very clean and updated. We would absolutely stay again!

Our family had the perfect beach getaway in Capitola! My kids were enthralled with the fact that they could just open the door and be on the beach every morning when they woke up. We've rented other places here that were lovely, but absolutely nothing beats this location! The house itself was clean, well appointed and perfect for our family of four. My kids have already requested that this become an annual vacation and now refer to the green house in Capitola photos as "our house." We brought a paddle board and paddled down the creek but should have rented a boogie board for the sunny beach days. We also did not notice the umbrella in the laundry closet until our final day, but good to know for next time. Overall, amazing stay in an iconic location!

Capitola Beach Vacation

Everything was perfect. Kids loved playing on beach everyday. Unit is about a block to Capitola Village and its many shops and restaurants. Unit had everything we needed, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Location is EVERYTHING🌊💙

I brought my daughter and 3 granddaughters for a few days at the shore. The space is open concept, very clean with windows looking out at the beach and water, if you want to watch the kiddos from the kitchen, you can! Very easy to correspond with the host, Mike. Looking forward to returning!

Capitola Charm

Perhaps the most memorable image of Capitola is that of the colorful Venetian Condominiums glowing on the edge of the sand. This unit, and its "opposite" next door, are truly charming with personal touches that make you really feel at home. To have the beach right outside your door is like a dream come true! And you'll enjoy a wide variety of shopping and dining options just a short walk away, with waterfront and beachfront seating available. Thank you to our host Mike, we look forward to a return visit! Pleasant surprise

We were very happy with our whole weekend. We booked kind of last minute for my birthday weekend. We arrived and were very much in love with this beautiful, very clean little beachfront cottage. It has all the necessities you could need for your stay. House has a great little kitchen and the dining room table has the best window seat view out to the beach. You can also hear the waves at night even back in the bedroom.another thing that is our favorite is that it’s just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We also had the pleasure of staying when the art and wine festival weekend was happening and we had no idea that was happening and it make our weekend even better. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Capitola is one of our favorite places to stay and relax.

Perfect location

Perfect for a girls trip, can't beat the location. Once you've parked no need to get in your car again, anything you need is within walking distance. Enjoyed a nice dinner at Shadowbrook Inn (make a reservation). Owner is quick to respond.

Amazing location

We had a wonderful time at this unit, it’s right on the sand at the capitola beach. We walked over to listen to the live music playing at the wharf house, walked to Capitola wine bar for bubbly, and walked to Trestles for dinner, all were outstanding. The unit has a bbq, and we bbq’d one night. The kitchen is fully equipped. Parking is an issue, so we parked in the yellow zone with the permit to unload, then moved the car.

My happy place, location couldn’t get better.

Everything is perfect. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for your stay and the location is perfect. I stay twice a year, once with family and once with friends. So happy the owners share their wonderful beach house. I look forward to going back every year.

Beach Getaway

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this cozy little beach home! It was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time. The location was absolutely awesome and we loved being able to walk to everything! And having the beach steps away was just wonderful! The parking was a bit tricky to figure out as far as where to load and unload and where to park our car with the pass but we figured it out. The only con was not being able to use the sheets and towels without washing, drying and folding before departing - doing laundry on vacation is no fun (; . But other than that minor inconvenience it was a great stay and the place was just perfect for a quiet beach retreat!

Perfect beach bungalow!

Owner directions were very clear. Bungalow is adorable, has everything you need and perfectly located right on the beach very close to restaurants, shops, pier, and waterway. I definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!!

29 Years and Counting!

We have made Capitola an annual event since our youngest son (now 30) was barely 2. We now bring him, his brother, our delightful DIL, and our 2 grandsons back every year. We make new friends each year, enjoy the morning fog, and play endlessly on the sand. Sleeping with the sound of the waves in the background makes sleep truly wonderful. This historic condo has plenty of room for the 7 of us. It is finished nicely, with beach friendly furniture and floors. Already planning for next year!
