This quaint cottage is the perfect location with 200 feet of shared lake access, large green space for picnics and game or enjoying the incredible sunsets just steps from your front door. The Bayview is a classic cottage with wood floors, exposed beans and a dreamy screened in front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day while enjoying the sunset.
Main level features a full kitchen with gas range, dinning room table, living room, 1/2 bath and screened in porch. Second floor included King bedroom, Queen Bedroom, bunk bed room and full bath.

Guests have the cottage to them self and can access the shared waterfront and green space.
Walk, drive, skip, bike or drive to all restaurants, shops, and actives in downtown Ephraim.
Cottage has 2 adjacent reserved parking spot. Guest are allowed 2 cars, no boat or camper parking
