We completely understand your frustration regarding the pet fee, particularly since you did not feel the amount was clear before completing your reservation. Pet-friendly properties do have an additional pet fee, but we agree that guests should be able to understand the applicable costs when making their travel plans. We’re also very sorry the neighboring construction disrupted your time at the beach. We understand how frustrating it must have been to experience construction noise throughout the day when you were expecting a peaceful vacation. Because neighboring properties are independently owned and construction schedules can change without notice to us, we do not always receive advance information regarding when work will take place. However, we certainly understand why this was disappointing during your stay.
