The space
Guests also have access to the NEW Private Serenity Spa Hot Tub area.
This area has been created and designed for our guests to enjoy during their stay. It is completely private and NOT shared with any other guests on the property. By Reservation Only. Surrounded by bamboo fencing, log posts, faux grass and whimsical animal statues. Automatic lighting turns on at dusk. Romantic ambience at it's best. Beach towels and beach blankets are provided. The hot tub can easily accommodate up to 7 persons. It is extra deep at 37" and 400 gallons.
The water in the hot tub is tested twice daily and changed out weekly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests. For a fee of $95 we will change the water out on the day of your arrival to ensure you have fresh water. You must request this upon booking or at least one week prior to your arrival. At that time I will send a request for the $95 "Fresh Water Fee" . You must pay it promptly.

If it's been a long, hard day then soaking in a hot tub may be just the therapy you need to unwind and escape. Aside from helping you relax, it turns out that spending time in a hot tub may provide other benefits, too, such as these top 5 benefits:

1.Stress relief
One of the most obvious benefits of a hot tub is the potential to help ease the tensions of the day. The soothing effect of the warm water and massaging action may help relieve physical, emotional, and mental stress.

2. Muscle relaxation
The hot water and massaging action of the 91 hot tub massage jets can be an effective way to help relax and soothe tight, tense muscles. This can help ease aches and pains. A hot tub soak before exercising may also reduce the risk of injury.

3. Improved sleep
The simple relaxation gained from a soak in the hot tub may be enough to help you drift off into a more peaceful sleep.

4. Pain relief
Soaking in a hot tub may relieve some types of pain by relaxing tense muscles, joints, and tendons.
If you have arthritis, the heat and massaging action may help ease the stiffness and inflammation that cause pain.
Water supports your body and takes weight off joints, which helps improve flexibility and range of motion.

5. Calorie burn
In a small 2016 study, participants soaked in a waist-high hot bath for an hour and burned about the same number of calories as a 30-minute walk.

One block from 2 Casinos and dozens of restaurants in the area. Grocery store just 2 blocks away. Washer and Dryer in the Cottage for your use. (Laundry detergent & Bounce sheets provided) Large Private Backyard with BBQ and table & chairs.

Pets are Welcome! Pet fee is actually $30 per pet. However, this amount seems like too much to charge some guests because they will leave the home clean & tidy, with no real evidence that a pet was there. And then there are those guests whom I feel was charged way too little as they would leave the home in a complete NIGHTMARE! Hair everywhere! Holes in the yards, feces & vomit in the linens and I can go on and on. Therefore, to be fair I will now charge a Pet Fee of $75 for up to 2 pets. Pre-authorization required for additional pets. Additional fee may apply.
*** I OFFER a REFUND up to $45 for the guests that CLEAN UP after their pets! This means if I or the Cleaning Service are NOT ABLE to find evidence of a pet, such as pet hair on the floors, furniture and linens. Feces etc. in the yard or home, holes dug in yard, scratches or paw prints; you will receive a refund of $45 for 1 pet or $15 for 2 pets.

WARNING: Any guest that brings UN-AUTHORIZED ANIMALS or Guests
onto the property will be charged a Non- Negotiable
Disobedient Fee of $250.
( I will not tolerate the sneaking of pets into my Cottages anymore.)
There is a fenced in backyard for your pet's convenience.
Pets are NOT allowed in the Serenity Spa Area.
I allow pets to stay at my Cottages because I LOVE animals and I know you do, too! With that said, I need for you to abide by the following
"PET GUIDELINES" in order for the Cleaning Service and Future Guests to be able to keep up and occupy this space continuously. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
1) NEVER allow pets on furniture.
2) If pets get up on furniture it is your responsibility to remove all pet hair and paw prints from areas.
3) Upon Request, I provide pet beds and food/water bowls, pooh baggies & lint/hair remover as well as cleaning products, broom and vacuum cleaner to help you clean up after your own pets. Pease let me know if you prefer to use your own pet beds and bowls.
4) Please encourage your pets to use the woodchip area outside to go potty. If they do go on the faux grass, it is your responsibility to clean it up completely.
5) Never leave your pets in the home unattended unless the pet is in a crate or confined to the fenced in backyard.
6) Long term barking is NOT ALLOWED. If your dog barks continuously for more than 5 minutes you may be contacted & asked to quiet your dog. Most dogs do pretty well, but it has been my experience that some dogs will bark non-stop for hours. This is unacceptable as it disturbs other guests.
7) If the Cleaning Service finds excessive pet hair, urine, feces or vomit in the home, a "Deep Cleaning" fee may be charged.
8) You are responsible for any and all damages caused by your pet (or service animal) and will be charged
Guest access
Guest has access to the Cottage and Private Backyard. Free off street parking for up to 4 cars. Additional parking on street is available. Large Driveway can accommodate a truck with trailer or RV.

Other things to note
During the Summer months I also provide the following for a small "EQUIPMENT" fee:
Kayaks, SUP Boards, Life Jackets, Canopies, wall shades, ice chests, beach blankets, beach towels, portable tables, snorkel sets & cart/wagon, for your perfect Lake Tahoe Beach Day Experience. (The Kayaks & SUP boards are inflatable. Perfect for fitting into small cars. It only takes 5-7 minutes to inflate with the rechargeable air pump.
These items are available first come first serve, as I have a limited amount. Please reserve the Beach items you are interested in ASAP. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask :-)
