The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and features ample space for sun loungers, making it perfect for pool soaking up the sun. The house itself is equally impressive, with spacious living areas filled with natural light and tasteful furnishings.

THE SPACE
Enter at the front door into the conversation/sitting area, which opens into the large family room, and dining room for 8. The newly remodeled kitchen features stainless appliances to include agas range, microwave hood and French door refrigerator with indoor ice and water.

Off the family room is an enclosed sunroom overlooking the 33 X 16 pool.

The primary bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2), a daybed, adjoins bathroom with combination tub and shower.

There is also an outdoor shower.

Just off the dining room is a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room area.

The opposite of the house are two guest rooms. One with a king bed (sleeps 2) and the other has a queen and single bed with a trundle (sleeps 4).

There is a hall bath with shower.

Parking is limited to 4 cars, 2 in the front and 2 on the side. No parking on private lots nearby or the street.

Gas Grill is pool side.

Pool is approximately 33 x 16ft

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
