This one-of-a-kind beach home is just what you’ve been looking for! Located in a peaceful community, it’s just blocks from the beach, bay, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private main suite with a king bed and fireplace, and sleeping space for 10, it’s perfect for family or guests. Enjoy a covered porch, sunroom, unique indoor balcony, 2-car garage, and parking for 8. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to own your dream coastal retreat!

Complimentary "starter kit" of toiletries and household necessities - 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, dishwasher pods (3), laundry pods (3) and trash bags (2).

Linens and towels are NOT provided. Guests have the option to bring their own linens and towels or we can provide you with a local company contact for your stay. You can contact Ocean City Beach & Linen for prices for sheets and towels.
Master 1 - 1 king bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 queen & 2 twins (trundle bed)
Bedroom 4 - 3 full mattresses (1 on the floor & 2 on the bunkbeds)

Comforters are provided on each bed plus extra blankets in each closet. Please do not sleep on the comforters.
Pillows are provided.

Quick and easy check-in/check-out with keyless code entry. Code is sent the day before check-in.

There are NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We are in a quiet, tight-knit, residential community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive notice to the Police and to us. Immediate eviction with NO REFUND will result if there is a party on the property.

Some beach essentials are provided. There are a several beach chairs as well as an umbrella, wagon, balls, and cooler. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas down at the beach.

Please, no smoking of any kind in the house, on the porch, or in the garage! If you are going to smoke, you need to be at least 20 feet away from the home. Violation of this rule will result in an automatic $250 smoking charge.

Pets are not allowed on property or in the house. Violation of this rule will result in an automatic $250 pet charge.

More than enough room for our family of 12! Did not enjoy waiting on the linen service company or putting sheets on all the beds including bunk beds..we got in after a 4 hour drive and thats the last thing we wanted to do! Good location..very close to the waterpark! The owner was quick to respond and overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Quiet family beach trip

The location in north OC is great for families and away from the big crowds but plenty of other things to see. The space worked great for us and our large group. However there were ants throughout the house, but could work around it.

Annual Trip with Friends

Ashleigh was an awesome host. We loved the location of the property and the size of the house was perfect. There was adequate parking for a group coming from many locations along the east coast. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place

The space in this house was perfect for our family. We had 7 adults and 5 children 6 and under. Everything was very clean when we arrived with a welcome notebook with clear instructions for our stay. Ashleigh was very easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Wonderful family vacation!

The property exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect! Fourteen of us of varying ages came and went over a long-weekend visit. The items we were able to use in the garage were a huge help! Cooking at the house saved money so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. I biked through the beautiful neighborhood on a bike for our use. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable time! If we ever come back to the area and the property is available we will be back.

A great place for a vacation!

This was easily the nicest rental I have ever stayed at! The property was big enough for our group of 11 people and checking in and out was seamless. We especially liked the proximity to the beach, which was an easy walk made even easier with the availability of wagons and carts provided by Ashleigh. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing and accommodating time in OC! Thank you Ashleigh!!!

The communication with the host was very good, the house is beautiful, comfortable with good vibes, the neighborhood the best, nice , quiet, fancy, the only thing is that is a little far from the boardwalk, like 15-20 min driving, but , the stay was perfect, i will come back.

quiet and accessible

Smooth process and easy communication with owner. did have some issues with outlets in some of the rooms not working but overall nice property. Close to the beach and other amenities! Definitely recommend fractured prune for donuts, splash mountain water park, and crab bag for dinner. Fun family vacation!
