WELCOME TO PARADISE IN THE PENTHOUSE

Relax and enjoy the sun in this beautiful, 2BR/2BA, built in 2001. Your island home is a 1300 square foot penthouse corner unit located in Casa Marina. We are walking distance to 7 miles of white sand beaches and steps to the nearby Fish Tale Marina. The large screened lanai gives you beautiful views of boats in the bay, while multiple windows in all directions provide views of the large green space across the street and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Why vacation in the “standard rental” condo when you can have a freshly decorated home with new furniture, beds, linens and furnishings?


KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS

The appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen include refrigerator with ice maker, range with microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. This kitchen is well stocked with glassware, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Your kitchen also has a pantry, and features a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and blender. Enjoy views of the bay from the kitchen pass through, and views of the former golf course (now green space with ponds, trees, and landscaping) out the kitchen window.


BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS

The Master Suite is decorated in Tommy Bahama style, and offers a king bed with dual bedside mini chests and lamps, a walk-in closet, a 32” flat screen HDTV and a DVD player. A recliner with lamp, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass enclosed, walk-in shower complete your master suite. Enjoy the views of Estero Bay from your bed or step out on the lanai. The 8 foot sliding doors open from the bedroom, providing light and air to the room and access to a table and 2 chairs. The second bedroom is a large tastefully decorated room with two twin beds, a bedside table with lamp, a dresser with mirror, a walk-in closet, and separate full bath with glass enclosed tub and shower combination.


LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS

The Tommy Bahama style continues into the spacious, living room furnished with a sofa, loveseat and recliner chair. Another set of 8 foot, triple sliding doors open to the lanai and access an additional dining set. Your lanai overlooks Estero Bay and the canals below where you might see manatees and dolphins that come in the waterways. Wake early to watch the sunrise over Estero Bay. Curl up with a book from the book case or play a game from the Bombay chest at the game table. Watch your favorite show on the 50” smart TV, or your favorite movie on the Blue Ray player in the living room. An audio system completes the living room entertainment center.


DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS

Entertain friends and family in the light, bright dining room, which includes a large table with 6 chairs as well as a futon sofa for additional seating. If you need more space for overnight guests, the futon in the dining room, folds down into a full size bed. The dining room also has pocket doors which can close the room off for privacy.

Remember, you are on vacation so you need only to bring your summer clothes. In our Fun closet, you will find beach towels, binoculars, and coolers. The deck box in your covered parking space contains sand chairs, umbrella with 100% UV protection, beach toys and a cart to take them all to the beach with ease! Don’t forget the fun noodles to float in the warm waters of pool or the Gulf. All are provided for your peak beach experience. You have private beach access across Estero from Bay Beach Lane. You can also rent beach cabanas at the Wyndham Gardens hotel just up the street by the day or by the week.

Casa Marina boasts a large, 27 x 57 foot, in-ground heated pool with a morning water aerobics program for those who want to get involved, stay fit, and meet others. The pool area has plenty of tables and lounge chairs, and poolside restrooms for your convenience. You will also have access to the tennis courts and a fishing pier nearby. The canals on property offer great fishing right from the dock.

Take a short walk to the numerous restaurants and shops located in Santini Plaza, which boasts a variety of clothing and gift shops as well as a post office, liquor store, hardware store, book store, and even an ice cream shop. If you have a boat you wish to use during your stay, boat slips are available at an additional cost. If not, fishing charters & boat rentals are available at the Fish Tale Marina, behind Santini Plaza. Want to save on the cost of a rental car? Simply take a limo or shuttle service from the airport and use the trolley that runs up and down Estero Boulevard from Bonita Springs to Downtown Fort Myers Beach.


LOCATION

Casa Marina is located at the south end of Ft. Myers Beach, in the exclusive Bay Beach community. Within a short distance, you’ll find a full service Publix grocery, a CVS drug store, banks, several top quality restaurants, even a cinema that will serve your favorite adult beverages while you enjoy the latest first-run releases.

Known as the quiet end of the island, the south end offers the peace and serenity of the tropics, but is just a short drive (or trolley ride) to the action in Times Square. The choice is yours! Your vacation location also provides quick access to Lovers Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. A short drive to the north end provides quick access to Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
