Just outside the sliding dining room doors, a large back deck offers ample space for outdoor dining, grilling and lounging in the sun. Throughout the day you'll find an amazing variety of birds and local deer that roam through the property which will add delight to your morning coffee or evening drinks. Enjoy reading in the separate cozy reading sun room and close by you'll find a fenced in yard for relaxing or play time for the kids. The 5 bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and feature comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The 3 and 1/2 bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. A family bedroom has a Queen bed, twin trundle bed along with a Queen loft area accessible by a step ladder. This, along with the adjoining full bathroom and outdoor access, provides ample privacy for a family or group.

Fripp Island Resort Club amenity cards are available with the house but not included. Fripp Island Resort's Club amenity cards allow guests to access the racquet club, golf courses, pools, rent water sports equipment and dine in the various restaurants on the island.
If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.

Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. The current cost for guest amenity cards is as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day).
Please note, Guests do not have to buy amenity cards! You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without an amenity card. There are many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and tennis courts off of the island.
