Room was clean upon arrival, I know how hard it is to get the sand up and the floors were great! There were a couple of issues which were promptly addressed by property management. Condo is very convenient for beach access but know there is no ramp for wagons. There are about 15 stairs that have to be navigated. Also very convenient to Pier Park.

Property and room was good. Check in / actually getting into the room was terrible. Got to the room to get in and the code that was sent was not the right code and had to wait outside the room for 45min before being able to get ahold of someone to get in. Then the next day, our friends staying with us had left the condo and came back only to not be let back in and had to wait 30 minutes because they didn’t have their wristbands of which none of us did because in the process of checking in the desk person did not actually check us in or give them to us.

I am sorry you encountered some issues during your check in. The wristbands for this unit are in an acrylic box in the unit. There should have been enough wristbands for the amount the unit sleeps. I do apologize for any issues you had with the door code not working. I will look into this further to correct any procedures we may need to. We hope you will give us another opportunity to host you again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed this condo. Just like pics. Bed was comfy! It was clean! I would definitely come back here. Not only was staff friendly, but everyone we talked to staying there was super friendly as well. Loved it!

Amazing

We had an amazing time here. Was everything listed in. My boys loved the pool and hot tub. Loved that we were right on the beach. A walk away from Pier Park. We will definitely be back.

We encountered a previous tenants blood on our bed and bloody towels under the bed, my child found it! It was brought to the attention of the management and it didn’t get “resolved “ until mid the 2nd day we were there. They removed the bloody bed skirt but not the boldly towels . They had to send someone else out again to retrieve the bloody towel. The company ensured me I would be compensated for the 1st night and cleaning fee and then they never responded after that. To have someone else’s BLOOD on and under the bed upon check in is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. There’s no way I would ever stay again.

During that conversation, I confirmed that the agreed-upon refunds had been processed, and I also emailed you the receipts showing the refund for your first night's stay and the cleaning fee. I also want to clarify the timeline. After receiving your initial report at 6:34 a.m. on the 10th, we responded at 8:15 a.m. that same morning and immediately began working to address the issue. While I understand your frustration, we did respond promptly after your report. We take cleanliness very seriously, and the condition you encountered does not reflect our standards. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

Overall not bad..

Staff was all very nice. My only complaint about the unit itself was that the WiFi only worked the first day.. after that, the WiFi didn’t work & there’s absolutely NO cell service in the condo except if your standing by the window in the bedroom. Normally I wouldn’t need it on vacation anyways but we had to communicate with our friends staying in another condo. Other than that, it was fine!

The condo itself is okay. It could use an overall refresh and a better equipped kitchen. The check-in went smoothly with the owner. However, getting luggage to the room was an utter nightmare. The property only has 2 elevators for the entire building -- I can't believe this isn't some sort of code violation. Given the lack of elevators and signage and the incompetence of the staff, it took over two hours to take one cart of luggage to the room. It was an awful experience. Just consider yourself warned ... if checking in or out on a Saturday.

We had a great time at Sterling Breeze for our girls trip! It was right on the beach (warning: only stairs, no ramp for beach wagons). We were very comfortable with a king size bed and twin bunks. Having 2 full bathrooms was definitely a plus! The condo was clean, and there was a vacuum and broom to keep the floors from getting too sandy. Kitchen was decently stocked, although it seemed that it took longer than normal to cook things in the oven and dry clothes in the dryer. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Beach chair/ umbrella rentals available right in front of the property.
