Beach House Directly Facing Gulf of Mexico

A Beautiful and newly renovated Beach House directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. You'll get beach view from the deck, living room, kitchen/dining and one of the bedrooms.

We purchased this beach house in 2010, and then we had it totally gutted down to the bare concrete walls. This whole house is like new, new walls, new ceiling, new wiring, new plumbing, new heating and cooling. It now has all new hurricane resistant windows and shutters. The whole place is completely updated.

The entire upstairs living area is tiled. Kitchen and baths have granite counter tops. All bathrooms have slate colored tiles, with designer trims, giving them a spa like feeling. Recessed lighting throughout giving the place plenty of ambiance. Living room has all new rattan sofa ,love seat and beautiful beach themed decor, plus a 65 inch HD LCD TV newly installed. Ceiling fans /lights are in every room. All bedrooms have new HD LCD TVs installed and mounted.

Kitchen has all new stainless appliances, including new electric range, new microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We also have toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer..... We also have beach themed stoneware, new silverware and kitchen accessories...too many to name. There's also a set of brand new high efficiency stacked washer& dryer.

The front of the house and deck face the Gulf across the street where the sun comes up. And where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view , listen to the waves, and feel the ocean breeze. Bedrooms have their own wrap around deck where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the privacy of your own backyard anytime.

The house is decorated like a beach side cottage with wicker/rattan furniture and brightly colored beach theme quilts. Bath linen are color coordinated to give you a feeling like you're in your private spa.
Our completely private backyard is a tropical paradise full of greenery you'll normally find in Hawaii. We have Plumeria trees, Hawaiian Ti plants, Oleanders, Birds of Paradise,and many others. In the middle of it is a huge fiesta table with mermaid picture done with tiles commissioned by a local artist of years past. The table has become a permanent landmark of South Padre Island.
Strictly no smoking, no pets. Owners are very allergic to pets fur. We require verification of identity and age from the person making the reservation. Extra person fees may bapply depending on the season and the property. Under all circumstances no more than 8 persons allowed in this property including visitors. perimeter of the house is equipped with security cameras for your protection.
I hope you'll find that the place is as nice if not better than I described.
