Have you and your loved one dreamt of spending a month this winter on a small historical island in the Bahamas?

Ma Mazie's is a brand new one bedroom cottage located in the village of New Plymouth on Green Turtle Cay. Inside this 1800's style air conditioned home is a washer/dryer and microwave. You will also find 32' flat screen TV with Bahamian cable and hi-speed wireless internet. Off the bedroom which has a queen size bed is a screened in back porch with table and chairs. The front porch welcomes great conversation with passersby and locals.

Our monthly rate is affordable - follow your dreams to the beautiful Bahamas.

We recommend Sea Side Carts for your golf cart rental available: A golf cart is the easiest and best way to see the island.

Love GTC

No place like GTC for beach, water, just, people and culture. Gillam Bay and Coco beach are exquisite! New Providence is sweet and you need is there. The people are earm and friendly

The house is wonderful

Excellent choice for my wife and I. Host is unbelieveable.so helpful and friendly First time on Green Turtle residents are friendly. House is very comfortable and very clean. Neighbors and locals are awesome. Fun for all ages, will be back. Whether it is a weekend getaway or there for months plenty to see and do. Thanks again to the owners

Perfect

Our first trip to GTC and it was perfect! Marilyn and Maggie are the best hosts. They took care of ordering our golf cart then Marilyn gave us a tour of the town in the golf cart so we would get to know the area. The home was perfect! Memorable for sure! Thank you!

Great Location

We loved the house. It was perfectly located. Marilyn met us at the dock which was great. Maggie was very quick to respond to questions prior to arrival. Us and our friends will definitely stay there again.

Ma Mazies is Ma Velous!

This is our 3rd visit to GTC and will continue each summer. We have had many friends stay at this rental property and had wonderful things to say so decided to give it a try. LOVED IT!! Marilyn and Maggie were so helpful with anything we needed. The cottage is so adorable, very clean, has everything you could need, perfect location to all the fun and it comes with a golfcart. Doesn't get better than that! If you haven't stayed here yet, it's a must!

Perfect little getaway

We love Green Turtle and have been going for over 15 years. We always share a house with a group of family and friends, but this time rented Ma Mazies for just us two and it was perfect! Walking distance to everything downtown, everything you need for your stay is at the house, cozy little porch to enjoy coffee or a Goombay off of and the fact that it comes with a golf cart is what sold us! We’d defined stay again!

The cutest cottage!

Ma Mazie’s cottage was better than expected! Absolutely loved staying in town where everything was in walking distance. The cottage was clean and quaint. We would definitely recommend this rental.

The location and convenience of this cottage was exceptional. Marilyn was very thorough in her information of the cottage and the island. She was very thoughtful on all details, from Anniversary cup cakes to helpful hints to make our first visit to the island a very pleasant one.

Amazing Ma Mazie!

This was our second visit to Ma Mazie on Green Turtle Cay. We love the island and the people. The people are very friendly, the cottage is charming, Marilyn is helpful, and the beaches are gorgeous. Its a quiet little gem of an island. If you want hustle and bustle and lots of stuff going on, this isnt the island.

Ma Mazies on Green Turtle Cay is the perfect cottage for a 2 person relaxing, beautiful, get away !

Marilyn at Ma Mazies has thought of everything! The cottage has everything you could ever need. It’s clean, cozy and has every amenity listed and more. The golf cart provided makes getting around the whole Island a breeze ! The beaches are breath taking! You are within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and there is a small amazing bakery next door ! The Island is beautiful, the people are beautiful! Thanks again Marilyn, James and Sam for taking such great care and making us so welcome! Cannot wait to return ! Loved our relaxing get away ! Mike and Jodi from Michigan ❤️

Ma Mazies is AMazieng! We loved our stay, Marilyn met us at the ferry dock when we arrived taking us to her cottage. The place was very clean, looking fresh and homey. We liked being right in town, a short walk to restaurants, groceries, the ferry dock and water front. We used the golf cart to explore the beaches and tree lined roads all over the island, the cart is a wonderful bonus. Marilyn and her husband James were so helpful and friendly. Everyone we met on Green Turtle Cay were welcoming, it's a safe, beautiful place to spend some relaxing time, with beautiful beaches, no crowds and no traffic lights! We also rented a power boat for a few days from Sunset Boat rentals, one of the highlights of our trip. The cottage comes with a TV and a DVD player and a collection of the DVD movies. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The AC, washer and drier are a big plus. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave oven and coffee maker. Marilyn is very generous with the supplies for the laundry. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Paradise

We spent Thanksgiving at Ma Mazie’s. The island is full of history and authentic experiences, and the little cottage was perfect for us. There is a bakery next door that serves wonderful pastries and on Friday there are homemade donuts. If you are looking for a quaint and fun experience, try Ma Mazie’s at Green Turtle Cay. Marilyn is the perfect host. We are planning to return. Five days of pristine quiet beaches and plenty of wonderful dining venues. Thanks Marilyn.

Fantastic!

Such a great place to stay! Affordable, clean, and walking distance to stores, museum and water. Golf cart conveniently provided, made it easier to get around town. Location is fine but house is dirty

We stayed at Ma Mazie's for 3 days last July. We booked it because the price was ok as well as the location. The little house was how we expected it to be (didn't have high expectations) and would have been fine if it had been clean. However, it seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned for many years. Unfortunately it was very dirty. We really didn't feel comfortable touching anything. This place needs to be cleanded from top to bottom.

Perfect couples retreat

We stayed at Ma Mazie's for 3 1/2 days after we went sailing and it was wonderful. Everything was clean and the use of the included golf cart made getting around so easy. Marilyn and her staff were so nice and easy to work with. We will definitely rent again from them.

PERFECT!!!

We cannot rave about Ma Maizes enough!!! Quiet, yet close to everything. This house makes a vacation perfect and Marilyn is the most helpful and responsive homeowner we have ever met. She helped us with everything we needed and her suggestions were perfect. We could not have asked for more. We are already making plans to return and will always stay at Ma Maizes!
