The sparkling seas and spectacular sunsets on this beautiful island can be enjoyed from the deck of Coco Nut Tree House. You can sample the crystal clear waters with a swim from the dock right out your front door, or get lost in a book while listening to the waves lap against the shore. When the sun gets to be too much close the doors and relax under the fans in each room or turn on the central air and enjoy Free Direct TV on a 37' flat screen TV or free WIFI connection…..for those of you that need to be in touch with something other than paradise island.

Snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, kayaking and fishing are all available to you and would need to be arranged individually. Exploring the island by golf cart and the historic town of New Plymouth with its museum, sculpture garden, gallery and shopping gives you a break from the sun whenever needed.

There are many restaurants to choose from with periodic live entertainment. If you would rather dine in groceries are available in the settlement of New Plymouth.

We had an amazing stay at Coco Nut Treehouse! The house was perfect for our family vacation—comfortable, well-stocked, and the views from every window were incredible. The private dock right out front made it super easy to get on and off the boat each day, which was a huge plus. Sherry was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Our host Sherry was wonderful. The house was perfect for us! Right on the sea of Abaco! Very comfortable king bed in the master made sleeping a dream. I would definitely recommend Coconut Treehouse!

Awesome, romantic location!

The tree house was well stocked for cooking and relaxing on decks and dock. Even though there were neighboring homes, the people were all very friendly and our tree house was very private and quiet. Loved it all!

Our stay was magical! This property is nestled in the trees off the beaten path, private, and it’s views are incredible, especially the sunset. Our kids explored the property and became friendly with the kind neighbors. So quite and secluded but close to everything. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful Home in the Trees

Everything about this property, and the island, was amazing. The ferry captain dropped us off right at the dock, arranged for a golf cart rental, the cleaning crew greeted us warmly and shared much information about the property and surrounding area, and the host answered all questions promptly. I highly recommend.

Watching the sunrise and set from the front deck overlooking the Sea of Abaco was a highlight to my vacation. It creates the sensation on being on a ships bow.

Rustic and beautiful.

The prop is rustic but hands down the most beautiful view on island and the morning sun is shaded perfect for tea drinking and reading while watching rays nurse sharks swim to and fro. The doc out front is great for eve gear drop offs after a day on water.

Best Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful time, I was in constant contact with the home owner and she was wonderful and answered all my questions.We had a group of 6 the for the week of Christmas and this house was perfect for us ! The deck has the most amazing views and the screened in porch was perfect for nights to hang out and play dominos. We rented golf carts and went all over town...due to this houses location you definitely need to rent carts. Be aware of what is closed on Sunday before you go..we will definitely be back!!

Great stay at GTC

Our family of 5 - 3 college students and parents stayed for a week. The house was very clean and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and linens were all very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and the stores were well stocked. Everyone on the island is friendly and helpful. Weather was not the best for snorkeling but there were games and plenty of books to read to pass the time. Definitely a good way to unwind for our college kids and spend a week with some downtime. We would definitely stay here again.

CoCo Nut tree house

Advertised as three bedroom the third room should not be advertised as a bedroom as it is infested with cockroaches and spiders. Had to have property manager call exterminator while we were there, cockroaches were is bathrooms and in kitchen.

Had a wonderful time this summer staying in the Tree House. Has a Swiss Family Robinson vibe that was quite fun. Kids and I loved snorkeling off the private dock. The location was private with only a couple other houses in the area. You feel secluded but not to secluded The house color changed so it made it a little confusing when locating the listing. The pictures show a peach color but it was changed to green. Updated pictures or a sign out front would help. Communicating with host was amazing and I recommend this listing.

Absolute Paradise! A+ Service

We had such a great time, even on the stormy days. The ferry dropped us off on our dock and Vernal was there to greet us and show us the ropes. Cart was in our "driveway" waiting. Loved that there were lots of different places to hang depending on the weather and our mood. The great big surround window living room was great when the storm rolled in and the downstairs screened porch kept most of the biters away on game night. The dock next door (to the right if you're looking at the sea) had TONS of fish to watch while snorkeling. Except for one night, we had the entire compound to ourselves, so it was very-very quiet. Yes, it's a bit of a drive to town, but very pleasant (maybe 15 minutes). If you like snorkeling, it's much more convenient than a house in town, as the reef beach is a short 5 minute drive. Truly worth every single cent. Oh, the power did go out a couple of times, but the cross breeze made it perfectly comfortable for the hour or two it was out.
