Spacious and updated

Loved our stay! There was plenty of space for our large family. Everything was very clean and brand new. The location was great only 1/2 mile to the beach and the golf cart and pool were a plus!

Family Gathering

This house provided our family, adults and kids, with plenty of comfortable and enjoyable space. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Spring break

Our family had a great time! The property was very clean and the property manager was always available if we needed anything! The house was perfect for just hanging out with our kids and playing in the pool! Loved the privacy of the backyard!

Very nice home close to beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and was very comfortable for our group of 6. The fenced backyard was very nice for our small dog. Really liked the golf cart and bikes. The only slight disappointment was the property across the street, which looks in really bad shape

Great place to stay by the beach!

We loved the house and the location. Great proximity to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside. Communication was quick and efficient. I wish there would have been a manual with different passwords, check in and check out instructions and maybe some suggestions of places to go or ride share options. Overall and beautiful home and great place to stay!

September Birthday Party

This was a beautiful property, far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space for three families to spread out. Beautiful spaces, great pool and great yard for our little dog! Golf cart made it super easy to get to the beach. It was a wonderful vacation, will definitely go back here!

Family Get Away

We had an amazing time. Accommodations were excellent. Minor issue with bike codes that was taken care of immediately. We highly recommend.

Great Spot

My wife and I have stayed at dozen locations in this area and this one is by far the best. Quiet street but easy access to beach. Pool is perfect. Double living room is perfect for kids watching cartoons and football on the other. 10/10.

I loved everything about our trip and stay it just would be nice if the check out could of been later bc we had about 4 hours to kill before our flight. But overall the trip was amazing!

we had a very nice family adventure. There were few disappointments: ant problem, slow drain in downstairs shared bathtub, upstairs balcony door would not unlock, had to ask several times to pick up garbage would suggest midweek pickup for sure! Stove top some what functionable other than that great house for my family!!!

Perfect Thanksgiving stay!

Our family of 5 vacations with another family of 6 every year for the week of Thanksgiving. Most years we have gone to Sanibel/Captiva but this year we decided to try something new and go to Rosemary Beach. The house we stay in was perfect for our gathering. It is a central location between PCB and Destin and the small beach towns in between. It was down a quiet street but close enough to everything. Big bonuses of the house were the golf cart and the bikes that it came with. The only drawback was that we wished the house had a hot tub. We paid the extra to have the pool heated but it's still not the same as having a hot tub. The house was very clean which was a huge plus. We had an issue with the toilets not flushing but maintenance was very quick to respond, coming immediately to fix the problem. Overall, our trip was excellent. We will be back next year!
